Puede elegir entre tres prácticas, duraciones y dificultades diferentes, lo que hacen un total de 27 clases diferentes.
Características de Pocket Yoga:
• Instrucción visual y auditiva que lo guía a través de cada postura, incluyendo una explicación detallada con respecto a la respiración (por ejemplo el momento apropiado para inhalar y exhalar el aire).
• Más de 500 posturas, hermosamente ilustradas, que lo ayudarán a colocarse en la postura adecuada.
• Diccionario de posturas conteniendo no solo la imagen sino también una descripción escrita detallada de cada postura y sus correspondientes beneficios.
• Mantiene un registro continuo de todas las clases de yoga que ha realizado, lo que le permite evaluar su progreso estimulando la periodicidad y consistencia de su práctica.
• Todas las clases de yoga en Pocket Yoga han sido diseñadas por profesores expertos de yoga.
• Le permite modificar la música incluida en la clase por la que prefiera de su biblioteca iPod.

Been using pocket yoga for 10 years now and have built my discipline and practice through the accessibility of yoga through this app. Thanks to this app I have been able to continue my practice while traveling abroad, and spark my interest for other practices in different apps and also with studios and communities across the world. POCKET Yoga? More Like PERFECT Yoga!
This app is well worth the price. The soothing instructional voice couldn't describe the poses any better. You can tweak the settings to your liking very easily. The visual part of the poses really help one out when confused. The breathing instruction could slow down a little but it's as accurate as it can be. Best of all, it is a portable teacher! Overall a great exercise and app for your phone :)
Yoga teacher app is better
Unlike the “yoga teacher” app. I’m unable to create sequences. I assumed the paid version would keep the option and freedom. I paid 2.99 to look at other la sequences. Hard pass
Keeps saying no Internet connection and won’t connect to Spotify
This app used to work so much better but now I get errors and deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work. Waste of time for a once helpful app.
Still Using It
I’ve been using this app for years and still enjoy the workouts. I recommend Pocket Yoga to anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
By far best fitness app ever
I love this app. Ive been using this app for many many years. Im still no yogi pro, but its the only app that not only gets me fit physically but also mentally. Anyone wanting to do yoga hut hate attending classes, or can’t afford it, or even just curious about yoga this app is for you. Seriously try it. I pick my own music for my courses and i swear I’m transformed into another world. Thank you.
Been using this app since 2011
I loved this app back in the day, super easy to follow and the music was so calming. I loved all the different salutations. I just wish they didn’t get rid of the original woman’s voice. It was so relaxing and put me at such peace. It was so nostalgic too. Please bring her back 🥺
