Please include a time for 15 mins in sessions. 30 mins and above is great but for beginners it usually takes a week or so to get in the routine and 30 mins or more is sometimes too much in one go.
It’s a very nice app. Need some short workout sessions like for 15 mins or 20 mins. In this busy world we need short workouts like these.
From day one I can’t use the app in my iPhone and iPad..using latest software and latest version of app it continuously crashing ..
In my search to finding the right app to help me in my journey to lose weight I came across this Pocket Yoga App. If you are familiar with yoga and are starting after a really long time, this is the perfect app. While the poses are still a little difficult in the beginners stage as well, do what you can. In those 30 mins you sweat a bucket and yet you feel energised. Trust me on that! I only wished that the speed was a little more slow initially when I started, but it got comfortable as I progressed. I saw a huge difference within a week for me and I hope it does for you as well. My only problem with this app is that I wish I could use the same app on my laptop as well but somehow it asks me to purchase the app again to download on my mac!
An amazing app. I got great results with just few days practice. The different options help you to change your workouts too👍
Initially I thought 30 mins to start is very tough. But getting used to it after a week. As an improvement, devs can add different sessions of different session times starting with 10-15 mins- that would be very useful.
After researching so many free apps for yoga this app is the best one yet :)
The app is good if you have some prior knowledge of yoga asanas. In the limited routines that are offered, some of the postures have to be held for too long with too many reps. Others are so short, that you barely have enough time to get into the posture and it’s it’s moved on. This has to be fixed, as theres no option for us to change it. It would be nice to have more routines incorporated. The voice could give the original sanskrit names for the postures also with the english ones, or at least offer the options to switch between the 2. The voice is really nice, with some hiccups. If they incorporate small changes, I would give this app 5 stars
