WIDGET
The “Pose of the Day” Widget helps you learn the names of the poses by showing you a different pose each day. You can see the name of the daily pose in English, Sanskrit and even in Devanagari script. Also tap on the pose image to launch Pocket Yoga and go directly to that pose.

Great and effective but broken HealthKit integration
I’ve been using the app for maaany years, it’s straight to the point and very user friendly.
It’s just a shame that since iOS 17 the HealthKit integration seems broken, the activity never being stored in the background so I end up with 24 hours of yoga.

For some reason the latest version has stopped showing exercises.
Reinstalling the app has fixed the issue.

Good guide for intermediate yoga
I have done yoga on and off for a few years so generally know the poses and what to watch out for to avoid injuries. This app is great for starting to build your own practice and also explains the poses if you're unsure of how to properly enter and exit them.

Too hard for beginners
Try a 45 min in the Mountain section set for Beginners. Side Splits and Scale?!
30 min is okay, though.
