I can’t register

I downloaded this app and I’ve been trying to create an account only to find out that the registration has been disabled after the new update. Please fix this

The best app

Best financial Mobil app ever 100%

MR OBA

This is one of the top 3 money transfer app’s as long as Nigeria is concerned. 8 out of 10 times, their transfers go through without any hitch. Most bank app are down, while this one is flying through. I would have given it a 5 star, but they disabled the virtual dollar card facility, which is one of the main reasons i downloaded the app abi-nitio. But overall rating is very good. 8/10. When there is downtime, as it’s prevalent in the Nigerian banking ecosystem, they are very quick to rectify it. POCKETAPP is a sure bet, any day, anytime. Highly recommended.

The kyc verification for address is frustrating

I tried to verify my address I need to almost 12 days for them to tell me that’s in Failed Now I’m trying to do it again and its still stuck in your address is being verifiedBoth on the part of the Kyc where are you supposed to verify your address still telling me address verification failedI’ve tried countless times to start up another one but there’s no change this is really annoying i really hope you can fix this problem

Good Financial App

I have used the app for more than a year now. Some very special feature of the app that I enjoy so much is the ability to create stores and account number for stores and group contributions. Sometimes the app malfunctions, cannot find account when trying to make transfers, other times it just keeps failing and reversing cash back and it could’ve been your emergency situation. Transfers are still currently so free. But we know it’s for now.. however, this app is a great app for financial transactions

Well I don’t really have much to say ,I just want to appreciate the fact that you can legit reach out to them if any problem occurs and it gets fixed instantly …I usually don’t do reviews on anything but the way they solved this particular issue was very good….but I must say there is a bit of a delay in the reply’s and a 2-3 day waiting time to get it solved depending on how technical your problem is…..so my regards to whoever is handling their instagram (O.M) and thanks for making the customers satisfied 💜💯💯

Worst app I ever used

Network is a problem for an app that doesn’t have that much customer how’s that even possible it’s very annoying and disappointing

KYC verification

Pocket app is indeed a great app but these past few weeks I’ve been trying to withdraw money to my bank from the pocket app and it keeps asking for a face recognition video which I’ve done countless of times but still impossible to withdraw… then I messaged the social platform and was told the technical team is working on it and they’ll get back to me… that was 3 weeks ago still nothing
