Unnecessary docx support
All my work office files open in this app instead of MS Word. Majority of book formats are epub and fb2, not docx. So please stop making your app default one for docx files
The app is not working
The app on IPhone 16 pro max is not opening. Previously on iPhone 13 it was totally fine. Resolve the issue and I will change the rate.

При перелистывании книги с помощью нижнего ползунка закрывается и вылетает приложение.

Нажаль не коректно синхронізує книги в pocketbook cloud. Деякі завантажились, а деякі зупинились на 1,2,4 відсотках і не завантажуються до кінця. Відповідно на електронній читалці неможливо синхронізувати ці книги з телефоном. Під час читання з телефону не зберігаються налаштування тексту в книзі. Потрібно постійно ставити повзунок «пріоритет налаштувань» щоб не читати книгу на білому фоні (для мене комфортний - теплий жовтий відтінок). Виправте будь ласка ці проблемні питання.
Can't upload book: Access token expired
Hi! Could you please fix the issue with uploading books to Cloud? It's possible to read new books in the app only. When trying to upload them to cloud to read via e-book, the error message appears.

Book shelf for users
Excellent app! Only one high request: could you make a first page or any (when you just open an app) more customised. What I mean it would be perfect to arrange my books as I wish and not an app. E.g. sometimes series of books (like Harry Potter) are mixed with another ones which makes it looking awkward. Just little bit more freedom to users allowing us to arrange books in order we like!

1) відновити пароль не реально; 2) авторизуватись в магазині покетбук не реально; 2) авторизуватись з гугла не реально. Видаляю цей додаток
The reading mode needs improvements.
PocketBook has done a decent job updating the interface of their e-readers, but the app could be improved. The main feature I would like to see is the ability to hide the iPhone status bar (the one with the clock and battery indicator) while reading, as it is done in the iPhone Books app, Kindle app, or Google Books. It seems to me that this is something quite basic and elementary. Please add this as soon as possible.
