Every time they update they lose some kind of function unintended. I know they mean well. But the outcome is never as intended. Currently, when you try to add photos to the chart, the app crashes. Which is a bummer because every patient needs multiple pictures added to their chart. When I say my nightly prayers, this development team hits the rotations. But there’s so much to be desired and a ton of work the developers need to make this a premier EME system. Basic functions on the iPhone app like Narcotic prescriptions can’t be sent on your iPhone but are ok on the IPad. Creating an appointment. Creating more starting a progress note. The iPad app itself has major flaws which I’ve brought to the attention of the developers as well but to no response or change. Wish they cared more about improving their own software. What is the point of this? The charting system itself has its fair share of errors and poor upkeep but the app is on a whole other level. You cannot even search a patient anymore without the app crashing when you try to enter 3-4 characters of a patient’s name, MR #, or DOB. The face recognition software is also garbage.
