## PocketParsec Description
PocketParsec - Inventare einfach, schnell und sicher erfassen. Die erfassten Daten können mit der Weblösung ParsecWEB oder Desktoplösung Parsec auf einem eigenen Server oder in der Cloud abgeglichen werden. In kürzester Zeit entsteht ein vollständig aktualisiertes Inventarverzeichnis. Darüber hinaus stehen neben dem CSV-Datenaustausch auch Schnittstellen zu gängigen ERP-Systemen zur Verfügung wie z.B. SAP, Diamant/3 und Diamant/4, MS Navision, MS AX, DATEV, Wilken, Orbis, UNIT4,  Sage, MACH, Drink IT und vielen weiteren. So macht die Inventur wieder Spaß!

Neben der Inventarverwaltung kann PocketParsec auch für die Verwaltung von Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern (GWG), der Überwachung von DGUV V3-pflichtigen Geräten, Überwachung von Garantie- und Wartungszeiträumen, der Verwaltung von Kunstgegenständen und vielen weiteren Inventartypen genutzt werden.

Das Inventar kann über Barcodes, QR-Codes oder Data Matrix-Codes gescannt werden und automatisiert mit Standortinformationen, Fotos oder Dokumente ergänzt werden. Noch schneller geht die Inventur mit RFID. Einfach das Smartphone mit einer RFID Antenne erweitern und das mit RFID-Etiketten gekennzeichnete Inventar per Funk erfassen. Die RFID-Inventurdauer hängt hier davon ab, wie schnell der Erfasser laufen kann.

PocketParsec funktioniert auch komplett offline, sodass keine permanente Netzwerkverbindung notwendig ist.
