If I choose to hold my money with a financial institution as this poor company seem to refer to themselves I expect to be able to be put through to an actual human being instead of being met with a robot all the time. Why am I having to wait 24-48 hours for an agent to reach me? If it was an emergency I’d have to wait the same amount of time? No care for their customers whatsoever because if they actually had any care. They’d have a dedicated customer service team with actual humans not bots

So I downloaded this app about a week ago and since have just been transferring in a couple spare pennies at a time as savings. Anyway today once my account balance reached about £2.77 an account fee was taken for £2.49. This account fee is hidden. I was not told about any account fees, I was not told that any money would be taken. And I read the terms and conditions and all of that when opening the account. These people are just stealing your money. Don’t get this app!
