選書、節目製作用心，但最基礎的APP沒做好也是枉然。每次因為好內容重載回來訂閱，用一兩個月就會再次想起當初為什麼不續訂。功能簡單倒不是問題，該有都有就好，但至少要流暢點吧？明明是有聲書播音檔，還以為是在使用最早期的電子閱讀器，按鍵反應慢、狂轉圈圈就算了，還時不時跳錯誤，連播都不能播。排除手機問題後，APP重載又裝也是一樣。都已經要用聽的了，就代表想要空出雙手做其他事，結果花錢訂閱沒讀到書還讓自己更忙（？），整個牙起來。真心懷疑貴公司裡是不是根本沒人使用過APP，使用者體驗超差。
