Annoying free app
I would have paid for this app if it wasn’t so off-putting. The constant nagging for upgrade to paid version gets in the way of the experience and makes me mostly use Spotify instead. Today I re-installed the Apple podcast app because it is bad, but it doesn’t go out of its way to annoy me.

Works great after latest update. Has all my favourite podcasts.
No need for this app
This refuse to remember the episodes I have played, usually the episodes arrived in other apps before this one. Can find all the podcasts I want. The one from Apple is better and free.
Annoyances
Obtrusive advertisements (courses) are really annoying. I’m a paying subscriber. Quite often podcasts don’t resume when using remote (play/pause in car, airpods etc).
