โครงการ “​ผ่อดีดี” เป็นการทดลองสร้างระบบการเฝ้าระวังและควบคุมโรคติดต่อจากสัตว์ สู่คนและโรคระบาดสัตว์ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อรายได้ชาวบ้านโดยองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) และชุมชนด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ได้รับทุนจากสโกล โกลบอล เทรธส์ ฟันด์ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ดำเนินการโดยมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ โอเพ่นดรีม
