Ich hab mir Podimo und das dazugehörige Abo genau wegen einem Podcast gegönnt: Pollux! Ich hör die Folgen bevorzugt zum schlafen gehen! Und da kommt dann das größte Problem! Der Sleeptimer funktioniert jedes zweitemal nicht! Mitten in der Nacht werde ich dann wach zu iwelchen Podcast folgen von irgendwem! Wenn ich nicht im wlan bin zieht das unnötig viele Daten und ich bin jedesmal genervt mitten in der Nacht davon geweckt zu werden! Und Hauptsache man zahlt und wird so gut wie jedesmal wenn man Play drückt zuerst mit ner Werbung von nem anderen Podcast genervt! Wenn’s so weitergeht werde ich wohl auf Pollux verzichten ….

Die Plattform erlaubt es seinen Premium Kunden nicht, fristgerecht, vor neuerlicher Abbuchung zu kündigen. Bei dem Versuch, sich online einzuloggen ladet die Seite kurz und man darf seine Kontaktdaten erneut eingeben. Dieses Spiel wird endlos gespielt. In der App, wo interessanterweise der Login mit selbigen Daten klappt, verweist zur Löschung des Abos und des Accounts auf die Homepage...
Wenn auf die schriftliche Kündigung per Mail nicht fristgerecht reagiert wird, wird es ein Fall für den Europäischen Konsumentenschutz...
