I’ve been a happy user of Poe for a while now, and I wouldn’t choose another application over it for interacting with AI tools. However, it has been a long bugbear of mine that when typing large amounts of text / paragraphs into the input / textbook or copying / pasting large amounts of text, the app becomes very laggy — including the text itself when trying to continue typing or editing / moving the cursor.
I’m sure this issue has been highlighted before and a ticket probably exists in your scrum/kanban backlog. However, I’d kindly request this be prioritised as it’s the only criticism I have regarding the user experience. I’m a full stack node/react developer myself, and this would irritate the life out of me if I was aware of a similar UI flaw in one of my products.
Please fix it /or hire me and I’ll fix it 🙂.

Why on earth is it 50 point things per message, that’s only 60 messages atleast give us 100 back, on the same topic I think it should be 100 messages from us not back and forth because having to generate new messages wastes it, like cmon now
message limits and decrease in bot quality
i didn’t used to have an issue with this until recently.
poe put out an update that decreases the number of messages you have daily for certain bots (went from 100 messages a day to 60…) and honestly, this was a low move.
they also changed up the bots, so now roleplays are practically impossible if you want them to go according to your own storyline.
just a greedy company, and if there was an option to rate it in the negatives, i would.
bring back unlimited messages

It helped me put my diet back together, as I have anaemia and it’s really helpful!! This app helped me with a lot of other stuff too, tips you can’t find on the google or safari these days without digging deep and looking for the answers in websites. Thank you a lot!

why is the message limit 300? As in 10 messages per day? Is this a bug? I’ve made a new account but the message limit is 10?

This app is stupid, absolutely stupid, after the new guidelines update it’s horrible, I’m not trying to talk with the bots about anything bad, illegal, unethical etc. I am innocently having a conversation and it blocks everything saying it oversteps the guidelines.
This is insane, your app is complete trash now, you let oversensitive people dictate guidelines and now I can’t even type a literal PERIOD without it saying it oversteps guidelines… no joke, I typed a “.” And it said that as an ai it has to comply with guidelines and that I can read the guidelines at the link.
