No response from admins for weeks on end! Can’t get an update on our bills! Can’t even receive a copy of our meralco bill. There’s no way to even pay the bills because we have to go through the app. Such an inconvenience.

You should train the people whom you put in the customer service section of the app. I recently encountered one rude and disrespectful agent who clearly didn’t understand what I was requesting regarding the Meralco bill. Even though I was KINDLY requesting, instead I got a condescending explanation. The inconsistent grammar was forgivable, but the improper ATTITUDE was clearly there. If you don’t want to deal with your tenants’ concerns properly, then just let them pay their own meralco bills without the need to go through you.
