Every time I activate the facial recognition, upon logging in it tells me my account is locked. When I call support they me my account isn't locked. No one offers to figure out why I get this error.

The mobile deposit feature fails spectacularly. It takes me 30 to 40 minutes of holding my phone at diffrent angles and telling the app to try again. It’s so frustrating.

All the people complaining about this app are boomers, and don’t know simple app fixes.

Can’t read routing number or register the bottom section of check. Tried with two devices on dark backgrounds. Please don’t make me visit the brick and mortar to deposit a check!

The mobile deposit has a very low $$$ limit and doesn’t communicate what it is until after you’ve endorsed your check. Payment history function is not functioning.

Doesn’t work with iPhone 10 and above.

This app absolutely useless. Keeps shutting down on me when I’m trying to deposit a check.

My account history won’t load. I can manage bill pay, but it often says there’s an error so I can’t tell if the payment went through. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times. What am I supposed to do? Considering changing credit unions at this point.

Mobile deposit used to be an effective way to deposit checks, now it takes too long.

It doesn’t recognize that iPhone X does not have fingerprint sign in. When capturing photo on iPhone X the camera feature doesn’t work well with the notch on top of the screen. Requires a password when transferring find within and between accounts. It basically took away all the ease of mobile banking. Very poor.
