## PointClickCare Point of Care Description
PointClickCare's Point of Care (POC) application is an easy-to-use application that seamlessly integrates with PointClickCare's EHR. It enables front-line clinical care staff to capture and distribute timely, accurate, and complete documentation at the resident bedside. Task lists, schedules, complete documentation, and the ability to receive alerts and messaging all become easily available to your care staff at the bedside.
This app is intended to integrate with the PointClickCare EHR platform. If you are not a current PointClickCare client, but would like this solution, we suggest you contact PointClickCare.

This app used to be really great. You could chart on the go if your facility computers were all taken by the LPNs or RNs and now you can’t login at all. It was quick chatting and very organized. Now it tells me to contact my administrator. Please fix it!! It saved me so much time!

I use this app everyday for work but why can’t this app get notification updates? My job does daily updates on communications and I never know about them until later in the day when I have to keep logging in. Please have the option to get notifications from this app. It will really help!!!

I was very excited about this app until I discovered that it would only let me chart as a nurses’ aide. I tried to change my position to licensed nurse and even tried ALL positions without success. There is no way to access the eMAR or TAR and no way to write progress notes. Helpful for nursing assistants. Useless for nurses.
