They make it easy to deposit and very hard to take money out! Ask to send lots of ID and selfie, then make you call in to ask questions. After that still no money! Not even big amount. Very annoying. I highly recommend to go play elsewhere!!! I hate PointsBet so much.

Been playing for a few weeks here, and won a small amount. As soon as I try to withdraw they ask for a ton of personal info. After submitting that, they ask you to call to do an interview with them. Interview takes about 10minutes but even after that, they tell you the account is under review. 2 months later and still no withdrawal and no response from their customer service team. I’d stay away and just stick with the big sites. Got lured in by their $1000 promo and regret it. Have $1500 tied up in there. Stay away from this trash site.

Trying to create a parlay is insanely annoying, you pick a couple selections and have to restart over and over after their decision to constantly be switching the odds. Every 30 seconds the selections you have picked are now gone. Just to be back 30 seconds later, just to change again 30 seconds in the future back to what they once were. It’s literally mind boggling annoying. Trying to withdraw money is insanely annoying. Having them release the funds is quite an issue, they’ll accept no problem of course.

Do not use PointsBet!!!! They will allow you to easily deposit money and give you offers UNTIL you want to withdrawal your money. This is a common practice with several sportsbooks. Once you want to withdraw they will request several copies of extremely personal information. Even if you provide this information they will continue to hold your money and use any reason they can to take ownership of said money.

I’ve been using this app for probably about a year, today I woke to my account being closed for literally no reason…when I asked why is this, all I was told is there’s no further information on my closure. I’ve recommended this app to so many others, given some of the features they have that stand out from others but clearly I was wrong for that. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone cause they will come a time that they will kick you out for no reason.
