Turn jobs into quests, add photos of rewards your children have helped choose, and celebrate progress with streaks, badges and weekly challenges. TURN EVERYDAY CHORES INTO QUESTS Tidying a bedroom, feeding the pet or finishing homework can all become quests. Build a family chore chart with clear tasks and Gold values. Bring kids' chores and daily routines together in one place, so children can see the next job and how it contributes to their goal. REWARDS THEY CAN PICTURE Create your family's own reward shop with rewards you choose together. Add your own photos so a favorite toy, a trip out or a family movie night feels like a real goal. Children save Gold, PointUp's in-app points, and redeem it for rewards you provide. You choose the rewards and their Gold prices, from extra screen time to treats or allowance. STREAKS THAT MAKE EFFORT VISIBLE Give children a reason to keep coming back. Personal streaks recognize regular contributions, while family streaks give everyone something to build together. Celebrate milestones and see how small jobs add up over time. With Pro, streak bonuses can add extra Gold and XP to completed quests. BADGES, XP AND LEVELS TO BE PROUD OF Completing quests earns experience points, or XP, as well as Gold. Children work toward badges and new levels, with a journey that makes their progress visible. Personal and family achievements give you something to celebrate beyond a check mark on a chore chart. Parents earn badges for supporting the family too. WEEKLY CHALLENGES FOR YOUR FAMILY Give the week a shared goal, such as completing quests together or building a run of streak days. Follow your family's progress and work toward bonus Gold and XP. Parents can choose challenges that suit their household, adding variety as children work toward the next achievement. PHOTO PROOF, WITH YOU IN CONTROL Choose one-tap completion, optional photos or required photo proof for your family, with individual settings for each child. Children can show their finished work, and parents can review completion before Gold is awarded. Match the checks to your child's growing independence. FOCUS ON ONE STEP AT A TIME Long lists can feel overwhelming. Focus Mode shows one task at a time, and subtasks break bigger chores into manageable steps. Calm Mode, reduced motion and adjustable text help you tailor the experience. For families managing ADHD or children who prefer a quieter screen, these tools offer practical ways to make the next step clearer. PLAN TOGETHER WITH POINTUP PRO Use shared team chores to let siblings work together. Set deadlines and daily, weekly or monthly recurring schedules, use task templates and sync with your calendar. Spend less time setting up the same household jobs. Parents can also take on their own quests and level up alongside their children. START WITH YOUR FAMILY Start free with up to 5 active chores, 5 available rewards and 3 family members, including reward photos, streak tracking, badges, weekly challenges and Focus Mode. Pro adds unlimited chores, rewards and family members, plus the Pro features above. See the app for current subscription options. Keep your family up to date across phones, tablets and the web app. Make PointUp your family chore app. Create your first quest, add a reward photo and choose a goal together. My kids do not have their own devices, and it is cumbersome to log in and out in order for each kid to be able to check off their chores. I liked the idea of this app, and having the ability to set point value to different tasks, but it would be easier to use if all family members could track their lists from one dashboard throughout the day. -- wwest253, 2026-06-29 ### ***** "Was great" Updated: amazing response from the developers! Fixed every issue I had almost immediately! Thank you! 5 stars!! Changed it so we can't set gold and XP to whatever we want. Minimum on an app that I am paying for the has no bearing on the rest of the world, makes no sense at all. If I want a quest to be low earning but still exist, why can't I do that? Also don't reject a quest if it's a reoccurring one. It will be stuck like that forever. Been a lot of fun using this app up until this week. Not excited for these changes. -- Mummbles65, 2026-06-12 ### *---- "No" Not great. Crashes repeatedly and won’t work after huge initial time investment creating chores. Save yourself the headache and go with one of the other apps. Devs for Point Up clearly don’t care that it’s buggy. -- Phaedrus73, 2026-05-20 [View all PointUp reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## PointUp In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | PointUp Pro | $39.99 | ## PointUp Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/united-states) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/germany) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/canada) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/norway) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/philippines) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/singapore) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/ukraine) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/poland) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/belgium) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/south-africa) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/new-zealand) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/south-korea) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/israel) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/latvia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/netherlands) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/kazakhstan) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/luxembourg) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/north-macedonia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/malta) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/united-arab-emirates) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/panama) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/qatar) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/sweden) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/turkey) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/uzbekistan) - [Nicaragua](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/nicaragua) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/austria) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/brazil) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/switzerland) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/greece) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/ireland) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/iceland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/italy) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/pointup-chores-and-rewards-MjMy/kenya) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
