That’s really bad for a service I paid for. Also the app is very slow, seems anything related to its connection to the servers takes forever to happen.

The app frequently freezes when seeing to get my pokemon from the GTS. It frequently kicks me out to the main menu. You can’t trade in the Switch version of the app. It also costs $20 a year to store all your pokemon, which is probably just a couple of mb of information at most. We shouldn’t have to pay for an essential service and such a poorly made app

Do not use this app. It glitches out more than you think. Internet is as good as it gets, but the glitches still happen. Here’s an example: I go to trade my Pokémon from game to game and mid transfer, it disappears. And why do I have to move my Pokémon to my party? It’s more of an inconvenience than it seems. I don’t know if the switch sucks, the app sucks, or they just don’t care about players. Probably the latter.

The app has been extremely buggy, and glitchy, but those could just be me. However, the GTS search is straight up not working at ALL for anyone. Players can request Pokémon at levels that simply do not exist, or request Pokémon to transfer to games that they don’t exist in- therefore making trading with them impossible. This issue has been known FOR YEARS and it has STILL not been addressed. Why?? It’s such an absurdly easy fix! Also, not being able to trade Mythicals in the GTS is incredibly frustrating and unnecessary as well.

It's good, but why do I have to pay to move my Ds Pokémon to my switch? That should be part of the basic plan! It's not fair! Please just make it so you can move your Pokémon from Ds to switch for free. That would just make everyone happier.

Why can’t we change age after entering, such data should be free to change.

As the title says, please remove the option to trade mythical Pokémon if we can’t trade them through home either way, also please keep your security up more, idk how to get a galar moltres in bdsp and even if I could I know I’m cheating, so please for the love of your community like this is old stuff that should be changed from a long time ago and if I’m not able to get a celebi through gts, then there is some serious issues

I have used it for a while now, and it has been decent. The only complaint I have with a that there are people who sort of display their Pokémon in GTS by saying that they want a Pharaoh Trim Furfrou, which isn’t attainable anymore. So, sometimes you do want a specific Pokémon like a legendary, but it's basically locked. But otherwise, it’s good.

It’s so slow, i don’t get it. Feels like 1999 again. Needs to be fix.

I tried to transfer Pokémon from go to home (I had enough energy) then I clicked transfer and then it said ‘please open Pokémon home to finish transfer’ then I went to Pokémon home and it’s so confusing and frustrating because I can’t find a way to receive the transferred Pokémon, I searched it up and I couldn’t get any answers. Make it easier, or just delete all of Pokémon home. Can’t even scroll down with my finger and takes so long to get into app. Worst app ever do not download
