What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.

I love the game, but because of the ned update it doesn’t work anymore. Please fix this.

Na de update van deze morgend kan ik niet meer op mijn pokemon sleep. App verwijderd en opnieuw gedownload maar het beeld blijft wit, ik was net bezig met mijn slaap te onderzoeken. Gelieve dit op te lossen… Exmilleke

Best game ever imo

Doesn’t work with any kind of other app in the background

I use Balance to have relaxing sleep sounds in the back instead of dogwater Pokémon music but this pos app keeps pausing the sleep sounds, same with Spotify or any other app that works in the background. This app is supposed to help you sleep but refuses to let you use other raps that actually do help you sleep. Shame.

Really Great, but

It stops recording my sleep two hrs early,, it keeps saying i get 6 hrs a night for some reason but i know it isnt true,, often theres two or three untracked hrs?? Idk if i just stir a lot in my sleep or if bug but i dont like it,, rest of the app is great though!! Fun tasks, keeps me to my bedtime and i love the pretty animations

It’s a very fun game to wake up to see which Pokémon you catched! I sleep way better now! Also maybe add more timer and sleepmusic sounds to the game! I would love that :D And maybe, maybe in the future we could link it to Pokémon go? I don’t know how but it would bring many Pokémon go fans to here! Please play this game it’s very fun!

I love the app, but please fix the go++ alarm issue

I absolutely love the app, it’s helping me sleep better! That said, could the devs please fix the time issue on the Pokémon go plus +? The alarm and bedtime times are an hour off from what you set it as in the game.

App is fun but i hate that i found a charmander and when i fed it a bonus biscuit and a normal biscuit it said it was full and i wanted to befriend it because its my favorite pokemon
