What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

Fun way to wake up!

While the inherent sleep tracker works great to assist you with your sleeping, the gamification of the morning waking up routine truly is well done. The fact that everyone can “play” the way they wish to without any major detriments to your experience is really great. After using the app for over 8 months, it’s also nice to see a developer team that listens to the player base.

No idea what’s happening but I love it

My Snorlax has never experienced a cooked meal because the feature is never available when I open the app But he seems happy anyway so I think we are good

睡眠アプリだから〜と言わずに昼や、寝る直前でない夜の時間にアプリを開ける人にはおすすめです。睡眠アプリとして使うなら極論ご飯を食べさせたりきのみを回収する必要はないのですが、それなら他のアプリを入れた方が断然マシです。ポケモンのゲームとして、そして睡眠アプリとして使うなら余裕を持って楽しめる人じゃないとキツいと思います。以下は私がこのアプリをやっていてストレスが溜まることです。 ⚪︎アニメーションが長いイベント限定ならまだ許せるが、毎週、はたまた毎日おんなじアニメーションを見せられるのがストレス。朝も夜も急いでやっているのに無駄に長いアニメーション。特に夜は、これのおかげでブルーライトを浴びる時間が長くなっているので、本末転倒なのではないかとも思った。 ⚪︎タップの回数が多いいちいち手間がかかって、はやく寝たいのにイライラしてしまうことが多い。デイリーギフトだってわざわざショップにおかずに、ログイン時(データ送信後？)に自動配布でもいいと思うのにどうしてわざわざショップに置くのかがわからない。 ⚪︎音が残る私だけなのかもしれないが、お手伝いを回収し終えて睡眠画面に移行した時に、ずっとカビゴンがきのみを貪る音が聞こえる。睡眠導入BGMの裏でも聞こえる。別にカビゴンの咀嚼音で寝に来たわけでもないしそもそも寝れるわけがない。

普通に最高

睡眠計測をしっかりやってくれるから今まで寝るのが嫌いだけどポケモンスリープがリリースして寝るのが楽しみです1周年おめでとう🎉

同じポケモンばっか出る

ゴミの寝顔ばっかり出ると萎えるボーナスサブレもったいないから持ち越しさせてくれ

長いぐっすりで睡眠時間削られる

改善してくれ

ゲーム性は面白いけど一個一個演出長いし、カビゴンのランク上がった時のOKボタンいらない。ねむる押した後にカビゴンのランク上がった場合OK押さないと計測しないのは流石に欠陥すぎる。それで1回分計測されないのは朝から気分が下がるので本当に改善してほしい。達成済みの評価をスキップ出来るのなら自動的にOK押さずに画面変わるようにしてくれ。ねむる押したらすぐ計測モードにしてくれ

面白いんだけど、起きた時にスマホが暑い位なのが、夏は心配。あと起きて写真撮ったり餌あげたりしてる時に、謎のエラーで落ちる事がたまにある。
