Team up and take down the opposition in Pokémon’s first 5-on-5 strategic team battle game!
 
 Join Trainers from around the world as they head for Aeos Island to compete in Unite Battles! In Unite Battles, Trainers face off in 5-on-5 team battles to see who can score the most points within the allotted time. Teamwork is key as you and your teammates defeat wild Pokémon, level up, evolve your own Pokémon, and work to prevent the opposing team from scoring points. Put your teamwork to the test, and take home the win!

PAY TO WIN
Once again they add a legendary or mythical Pokémon to the game that’s unavailable for weeks to free to play players. These releases are always over powered and quite easy to play. It’s extremely frustrating to play against. This is pay to win and it’s been going on for a long time. 

If you’re new you’re gonna constantly be at a disadvantage to veteran players as they have better emblems and held items than you. People say this doesn’t matter, but it really does. Every time someone’s left with 1HP. You get a power spike earlier because you get one more farm. Every time an objective is 1HP. It happens more than people think. Pokémon Unite is definitely pay to win.

RANKED EXPERIENCE
So what if you have all the items, the emblems and the Pokémon unlocked? Is the rest of the game good? No, not really. The ranked experience is just miserable! All players are put in Master rank. As you climb you are not playing against stronger opponents, the game instead makes the game more difficult for you by giving you weaker allies. 

TRIO QUEUES
If you play alone in solo queue, you might have to play against three people playing together, often using voice chat. Often on voice. Jungle and together in lane. They will have advantage everywhere and you can’t really do much about it. First the held item exp share will give them an extra 30% exp in lane. Then the jungler comes and camps them. Then they score and start stacking their snowball item. Attack weight, aeos cookie or special attack specs. These are permanent stat bonuses they get, and again something you can’t prevent. 

REASON TO PLAY
All you get for reaching high ranking in Pokémon Unite is a sticker. It doesn’t do anything. Most players don’t put it on their trainer profile. So as you climb the only thing you’re gonna get is worse match quality as your randoms progressively become worse and worse. 

DRAFT
You as the highest rated player on your team must pick first every time. This obviously means you will always be counter picked. Every game counter picked. You can’t ban your counters because the lowest rated players on your team will get to ban every time. 

ROLE SELECTION
Lack of role selection is quite problematic because the support and defender role are made over powered. In every MOBA support is unpopular so I can’t understand why they force two supports per team in Unite. This is done because of the exp share item mentioned earlier. 100% of the experience goes to the carry, and an extra 30% exp
