I downloaded the app for the first time to play home games with my friends. You cannot join a club or even find a club on the iPhone app I’ve searched. I’ve waited on customer service for more than two hours, and I basically just left the card group because I cannot function on the app.

I can’t even sign up to this stupid app because it says my details are invalid with no description on what is an error, very dumb, at least have customer service that reviews my information

Better off going to a real casino don’t put in anything more than 20 bucks

I’ve been playing on PokerStars enough times now, and while I enjoy the convenience and variety of games, the platform feels increasingly suspicious. The frequency of bad beats—where strong hands lose to highly unlikely outcomes—seems unnaturally high, especially in critical moments like all-ins. It’s hard not to question the fairness of the algorithm when improbable scenarios play out so often. While I understand that variance is a part of poker, the pattern here feels more than coincidental. If you’re considering playing, proceed with caution and set strict limits to avoid frustration. The lack of transparency in how hands are dealt raises questions about whether it’s truly random or designed to favor action-heavy outcomes.

Don’t deposit money on this app, you can’t get money out. If you use PayPal for deposit, withdrawal must be PayPal and they want to you to verify it’s your PayPal account. But here’s the catch, it’s impossible with their process 1. Anytime you try to upload document in app it errors out, same with website 2. When you contact support, they send the same garbage template that asks for screenshot when logged in to PayPal on account summary. And when you send it they don’t accept it. Don’t bother depositing with PayPal as it’s impossible to get any money out. Sent many emails and no luck. I’ve used other sites with PayPal and withdrawal works fine. GGPOKER Ontario is the best for withdrawal, and betMGM is also good. NEVER USE POKERSTARS. Dec26/2024

My deposit came in no problem.. but for some reason you have to wait to get that location where they just took your money from verified. definitely odd and no true good casinos do any of that non sense. there’s better casinos on the market and i suggest you steer clear of this one.

Poker is dead in Ontario now

Always love playing poker, but every time I try to set up my withdrawal it says “an unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh your browser and try again” so when I try to do that, it says the same thing. I’d enjoy being able to take money out not just put it in.
