Sync issue

Syncing is hit and miss and if it works it’s slow. iPhone14, latest iOS.

Great… when it works

So many syncing issues. Service not available. Workouts just flatout not being recorded. When it works, it works well and syncs the data with my Strava and Apple Health accounts. But it’s so unreliable that it’s hard to recommend.

When Will Syncing Bug Be Fixed?

Dear Polar, Any chance of fixing the syncing bug? Tried all the “fixes” and I am fed up. Please just fix it.

Tech difficulties like sleep no being read night, running data not accurate all the time

I’m very happy .

Had my watch for 6 months. Walking & paddling . It has recorded all my results & I’m happy 😃

Needs more training programs

Programs for triathlons, swimming or riding would be great - only really caters for running

App sync problem

New update fails to sync. I have been using Polar watches and Polar Flow for over five years. The latest update needs work.

Developers should follow Apple design guides

I wanted to use this app with my new Polar heart rate monitor, but I can’t easily create an account while following good password management practices. Not only does iOS not recognise the fields in the signup form as email and password fields, which means I can’t use Apple’s Hide My Email service or 1Password to set up an account, but the form won’t even allow me to paste manually. This isn’t acceptable in 2023.

I want to like this more

It’s mostly good. I really want to like this product. But the syncing is such and issue. Spent literally hours this week trying to resync my watch. Always has done it and it bothersome.
