Customer Service is not help. Pretty much said too bad so sad and hung up. I would give it zero stars but it won’t let me. -- EJ 2, 2025-05-30 ### *---- "App not working" Does this app still work to upload photos to frames? I’ve tried tirelessly over the last few months to add photos via to my parents frame and it goes from saying there’s a network connection problem (there is not) to just sitting idol .. I didn’t see any updates recently at all and no App support listed. Please help! -- Mrs. Nunya 24, 2024-01-21 ### *---- "Quit working" Loved this app. Family could send pics. Not now. Pic can be sent if connect to home Wi-Fi but not across internet. This was a 5 star app. Help, please fix. -- shooes., 2021-08-18 ### *---- "Help!" I have 3 frames and they were working great and then all of a sudden I could not send pictures as the frAmes weren’t showing up. Then tried reminding them and told either id# or code was invalid :( -- Kim strayer, 2021-08-16 ### ***-- "Help!" Is there a way to delete photos from the frame?? -- mer2727, 2020-11-17 ### *---- "Photos won’t send" Pretty poor app. Will not load photos from phone to frame and customer service is non existent. -- BobbyHMD, 2020-06-08 ### *---- "FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FRAME" Box the frame comes in says “update your moments from anywhere in the world!” This is not the case at all. The app ONLY WORKS IF YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE SAME WIFI AS THE FRAME. Literally the complete opposite of anywhere in the world. This product will make your grandma sad. DO NOT BUY! -- jtmkoenig, 2019-12-26 ### **--- "Returning the product" Purchased a frame for my parents but planning to return it because we cannot submit pictures unless we are at their house on their home network. Defeats the purpose of our purchase and goes against the way it was marketed. Expected better. -- Amie Sq, 2019-12-26 ### ****- "Good Idea" Wish you could delete photos you’ve sent to others and/or set an expiration date. -- kpaper, 2019-12-22 [View all Polaroid Wi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Polaroid Wi Discovered Keywords -
