Polework Patterns

I recently purchased this app to help my 9 year old daughter with her pony, and it’s been such a great investment, especially as we can’t afford regular lessons. The app is packed with a variety of polework plans that are really well-structured, easy to follow, and offer so much guidance. My daughter and I can both understand the exercises, which helps us make the most of our time with her pony. It’s intuitive, user-friendly, and gives me confidence in delivering her training. Throughout our time being first time pony owners, we understand the importance of polework and this app helps us each week target areas that we want to improve on. Everyone on the yard is fascinated when I lay out the poles….Highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable, quality training help! Xx

This app is hands down the best thing since sliced bread! Many a times we wander round the arena wondering what to do, stick a couple of poles out etc but honestly this app is brilliant! It gives purpose to your ride , everything is laid out on the screen for you to recreate in your arena. If you have a particular thing you want to work on ie balance, bend or engagement, there are pole layouts pacifically for those. There are layouts for you even if you don’t have many poles it’s amazing what you can do with just a couple of poles! This app has really benefited our Flatwork/pole work sessions. Highly recommend!

Has loads of selection of pattens to adapt to what you want to achieve with your horse, I absolutely love this and highly recommend!

I was spending ages trawling the internet looking for polework patterns to do with my horse and then I found this! Everything’s in one handy place and it even shows you the lines you can do. Money well spent! 😍

This app is great even if you only have a handful of poles, you don’t need any fancy equipment or gadgets. Just place your poles as shown in the diagrams and follow the suggested lines then have a play and find your own lines. I’ve found it very helpful when I’ve run out of ideas for exercises and most of the time you’ll be able to do them in-hand or using long reins, which is brilliant when you’re starting a youngster or bringing a horse back into work. Highly recommended.

For less then a coffee you can get this amazing app! There are so many exercises for so many different targeted problems and amount of poles etc etc. So makes it perfect to adjust if you are short on time or on a young horse. Easy to use fun exercises! 10/10

I am LOVING this app. As a teacher it’s come in super handy for lessons for all ages and levels - I usually pick a focus and level it to the riders in each class for the day and I’ve had so much great feedback about my lessons being engagement and it’s also been great for the school horses to use their brains! Can’t wait to use it for myself when I’ve got a horse again 🙈 Also, it’s an absolute steal for this price!

I would highly recommend, there are so many different pole exercises to chose from. The app helps you to decide which pattern to use depending on what you want to achieve with your horse. You don’t need access to lots of poles to do many of the exercises.

I bought this app the day it came out and I just love it! I’m an instructor and sometimes need a bit of inspiration, it’s great for using with clients - I recommend it to everyone. The app is so simple to use and I particularly love the random layout generator 💗 it’s so clever how you can choose an exercise based on number of poles or what you are trying to improve (bend, straightness, rhythm etc), it clearly shows all the different lines through the layouts too. An absolute bargain for such a small one-off payment, no subscription or paying extra to access other levels. Thank you Fancy Footwork Equestrian!
