You login to a blank page instead of all accounts being displayed. Yesterday I lost the ability to use biometric login saying my new iPhone 16 did not support biometric login!!! I tried reactivating it only got it to be deactivated again. Very disappointing that this is the best Police Bank could come up with after the previous useless App. -- Cibsy, 2025-01-02 ### ***** "What an improvement" Now this is how the app should have come out the first time it was released. MUCH better PB… -- Bretty1307, 2024-12-27 ### **--- "New Upgrade is a letdown" The new upgrades visual appeal is worse than the previous version. It does not show you any of your account numbers making things very confusing when trying to move money between your accounts. -- tpmmpt, 2024-12-11 ### *---- "Does not work" Why why …… would you go to market with a new portal to your services that has not been tested obviously and is so problematic with numerous different issues???? Reading other reviews it’s not one problem it’s multiple since it’s been launched !!!! -- Pulina99, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "Why-o-why?" When I transfer money from one of my savings accounts to another savings account, and I write a ‘Description’ for the transfer (I.e. ‘Shopping’), why doesn’t that description appear in the transfer history in the account I transferred from? -- MurkyWaters77, 2024-12-02 ### ***** "What an Improvement" Totally stable, user friendly, easy transfers. Great new look and feel -- Pat Gools, 2024-11-28 ### ***-- "Notifications needed" Needs a notification when money is deposited into my account -- MJB1188, 2024-11-27 ### **--- "What even is this update" This update is counterintuitive. You’ve created so many extra unnecessary steps. And instead of logging in and seeing my bank I log in and immediately nearly log straight back out as that’s the ONLY OPTION on the front page. SO STUPID. When I log in, it should pop up with my accounts straight away. You’ve moved everything, it’s SO much harder to use now. CHANGE IT BACK. -- JenGigz, 2024-11-22 ### ***-- "No push notifications" This new app is perfect and suits my banking needs but use need to add push notifications in to keep update with my payments and when a direct deposit hits my account ✌️ -- Pushy12hall, 2024-11-21 ### *---- "App upgrade" I am not enjoying the new app upgrade. It isn’t free flowing, seems clunky, and I feel that I’m having to take more steps to transfer money or access accounts than on the previous version. I would be very happy for the old version to return. -- SamS173, 2024-11-20 [View all Police Bank Mobile Banking reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Police Bank Mobile Banking Discovered Keywords -
