## Police Credit Union Banking Description
Bank on-the-go 24/7 on your smartphone with the Police Credit Union Banking App. Check your accounts, transfer funds or pay bills, manage your cards and contact details, plus so much more. It’s secure and easy to use. Here are just some of the great features:

•	Biometric Access – Log in to the App securely with Facial Recognition Technology (Face ID^), a PIN, Pattern, Member ID or Touch^.


•	Easy navigation – Access most app features with the menu down the bottom of the screen. Manage your cards. Make payments or edit your profile and settings. Access the ‘More’ menu for other tools and resources.  
•	Quick Menu - Customise your home screen by managing the display of your accounts and adding App Widgets for easy access to budgeting tools. 
•	Manage your cards – Activate new cards for immediate use, temporarily lock or report stolen/lost cards, and order replacement Visa debit or credit cards. You can even change your card PIN.
•	Savings Goal – Set your savings goal and track your progress from the home screen.
•	Reset Password – Reset your Online Banking password. Head to ‘Profile’ and then ‘Your Settings’. 
•	Update your Details – Update your address and contact details. 
•	How I Spend – your transactions are grouped into key categories. View your monthly spending totals on the home page.

This app needs a desperate upgrade. It repeatedly freezes even when updated. I regularly have to re load it and start again. It can’t be used on dark mode and there’s. O setting options for colour or text size adjustments.  Not user friendly at all.

This app always shuts down at the most inconvenient times. I tried to transfer money on Saturday and the app was simply not working, this has happened multiple times. This particular incident I was trying to pay for my taxi home; if I didn’t have cash I don’t know what I would have done. You should always be able to transfer funds when you need it! This needs to be fixed.

just makes the app useless if you are toggling between screens trying to update your own spreadsheets or enter a password or check details of who you are trying to pay a bill with..

I have really enjoyed using the internet banking app at the credit union. The apps layout (even if it’s a bit clunky) is quite easy to navigate. Apple Pay has been a lifesaving feature. Also, double tapping on the account balances to view a balance is a very good feature.

The balance, transaction, deposit/credit and eftpos alerts being sent via the secure mail service could be improved by including more information on the transaction or sending it by an app notification rather than a secure message. Also when a transaction is made with visa debit (credit button) it would be nice to receive an alert when the transaction is made, rather then when the funds clear.

The atm finder is a really useful feature as it finds the fee free rediATMs.

The service at PCU is second to none. It is absolutely amazing. I love the community spirit in the branch and all the staff are always so kind.

Functioning app but like the credit union itself the app needs to be more progressive regarding features to stay competitive. A year between app updates is not acceptable in 2019. Things like, adding your card to Apple Pay from within the app, card less cash, iOS widgets for quick balance and watch app are all needed. I appreciate this is a small local credit union but to stay relevant you have to start targeting younger generations and stop relying on the safe conservative older customers who are not going to be around for ever.
