Daily Duty Logger & Overtime Record shifts with start and end times, rest days, bank holidays and TOIL. Overtime and pay are calculated from current UK pay scales (including 2026/27 updates), with support for manual rates. Track expenses against duties and keep a clear overtime history. Shift Roster (Beta) Set a repeating pattern that matches your roster — including common templates such as 2-2-2, two-twos, and 4-on/4-off. Working days sync into your duty log. Tap a day to change times for that day only, or for all upcoming Early, Late or Night shifts. Bank holiday working is prompted when you need it. Shift Calendar See your month in one view: rostered shifts, annual leave, training, court, reminders, tickets & authorities, and sickness. Optionally turn on your iPhone calendar to show personal appointments alongside duty dates. Tickets & Authorities Track expiry dates for Driving, Taser, PPST, Level 2 PSU and any custom tickets. Get reminders one month, one week and one day before they expire. Court Warnings Log court dates with travel time and status. Stay ahead with the same lead-up reminders. Training Events Record upcoming training with location and notes — with reminders as the date approaches. Annual Leave Track leave periods and your balance against normal duty hours. On Call Log on-call periods and use your configured daily rate. Sickness, Reminders & Expenses Record sickness absences, set personal reminders, and keep an expenses history for claims. Vehicle Mileage & Service Track current mileage and service due mileage. Retirement Countdown Set your start and retirement dates and see days remaining and career progress. Pay Scales & Settings Choose PC/DC or PS/DS scales, police staff rates, or enter manual rates. Adjust normal duty hours and on-call daily rate. Show or hide menu tiles and rearrange them to suit you. Dark mode supported. Face ID / biometrics can protect access to your records. Backups Automatic daily backups on your device, plus manual backup and restore. Optionally save backups to iCloud Drive in a folder you choose, so copies are available on your other Apple devices. A home-screen cloud icon shows whether iCloud backup is set up. Designed for officers who want accurate overtime, clearer planning, and less admin — without spreading everything across notes, calendars and spreadsheets. Privacy-minded: your duty data stays on your device (and in the backups you choose). Do not store protectively marked details in free-text notes. ## Police Duties Manager Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b3/ad/77/b3ad77a6-4fc3-9eb7-7c79-cf69b93fee3b/01-IMG_0950.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ab/1d/56/ab1d5628-ee97-2837-3fbb-cffe09ed774a/08-IMG_0951.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/da/07/18/da07188c-bb9c-16a3-0d38-03ec99645177/02-IMG_0952.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/f3/39/5b/f3395b75-b322-4a70-80c1-feabb06fa1e5/03-IMG_0953.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/08/22/d2/0822d26e-1dc9-8d2c-6dfe-5ca75f608d53/04-IMG_0954.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/43/4a/a6/434aa688-8fb6-b938-33c7-8c1c011228a9/06-IMG_0958.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d1/07/c3/d107c3d6-e92e-a207-f048-58ade8caa58b/05-IMG_0955.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/eb/77/c0/eb77c064-cd9a-8a59-002c-7f631e699ab7/09-IMG_0956.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a4/e6/b5/a4e6b5f5-de5b-d01c-ae91-3cc31551112a/07-IMG_0957.png/1284x2778.png) ## Police Duties Manager Rating Breakdown in United Kingdom - 5 stars: 5 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
