The ads take so long and cut off the audio. By the time the ads are done I have missed the call completely.

not loud enough, can’t hear what is being said very well!
Encryption
Johnson County, Kansas recently encrypted a number of their area police Departments. Johnson County fire and med act were not encrypted, but I cannot get them on the frequency that you offer for Johnson county, Kansas public safety. Could you check please to see what that new channel is for Johnson County, Kansas, fire and med act and sheriff, and update your Johnson County Public safety app …. It currently just says “loading” the entire time when you tap on the Johnson county Public safety Thank you.

This app easily lets me search for local jurisdictions and save them. Very useful and user-friendly.

I have listened to several channels and enjoy them all.

All ads and stations don’t load. This scanner used to be great. It has sucked for a while now, though. Don’t recommend.
