This is by far the WORST customer experience I have ever encountered in my life. After receiving a quotation for my car insurance and making the payment, the company refused to send me my car insurance policy. Instead, they tried to change the terms of the agreement after I had already paid. Despite multiple requests for a refund they told me in 7-14 days we will refund but till now I have not received my money back.

This company is a complete scam. They waste your time and money while giving you endless frustration. My advice: avoid them at all costs.

This insurance brokerage company is unprofessional. They will follow you like your shadow to insure your vehicle thru them , but the after sales services are zero . They don’t assure after the policy issuance that is sent to RTA system, and when you call them you will find this message :
“ We've got your request about: Service Assistance
Concern Raised: Policy Not Linked in RTA/Muroor
Expected Resolution Time: Within 2 working days
Ticket ID: PB………
Current Status: In Progress
We look forward to resolving your request as quickly as possible.” 
So don’t waste your time and your money with such companies

Third Class services they will take money quickly but for next 3 to 5 days u will not get insurance, and agent answer very simple sir it’s under process. And be frank they don’t have 24 hrs support service. If u met with accident in night u have to wait nxt day morning 8 am so somebody can respond.

Worst customer experience ever I have been seen in my entire life. Once I get quotation for my car insurance and paid the amount. They refuse to send me my car insurance policy and want to change the agreement of quotation after my payment moreover I request for my money refund but till now I didn’t get it and I paid for another company for my car insurance. Advise don’t waste your time and money
