## Polk Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Polk clearly can’t be bothered"
I’ll be returning my Polk soundbar for a Yamaha one - they actually provide a functional app, whereas Polk has been telling their customers to f off for the 5 years since they last updated the app.

Never was able to sign in, and then it just crashed over and over.
-- zesty exuberance, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Downloaded and couldn’t create an account or use app
-- P111$, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Trash"
All these one stars and no resolution to fix anything. Applause to you guys!
-- Mateo513!, 2024-08-04

### *---- "Complete trash"
This app can't even function long enough to setup a soundbar and subwoofer. I've already decided and re-downloaded the app 5 times and factory reset the speaker just as many. This app crashed EVERY SINGLE TIME I get to the point of adding it to my wifi network. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!!! I will never waste money on a polk audio product again. Hopefully ya'll read the reviews before buying these products because you'll never get them set up.
-- F polk audio support, 2024-05-01

### *---- "??"
Is Polk using 5th graders for this app??. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Going back to the store tomorrow. What a joke this setup has been.
-- robmar15, 2024-01-25

### *---- "This app is a scam!"
Completely a waste of time, will fill your emails full of spam.. DO not create an account
-- gdog$$, 2024-01-02

### *---- "This app just doesn’t work"
I go through all the setup stuff and I just keep getting error codes that don’t tell me what’s wrong. Why do I need to connect to the internet just for sound to come out of a sound bar. It worked before and then one day just stopped and now I can’t set it up. Don’t get a Polk Soundbar. Get literally any other brand.
-- Son of Tenor, 2023-10-29

### *---- "Trash"
Can we get an app that actually works for set up? I can’t even reconnect this awful speaker back to the internet because the app continuously crashes.
I will never recommend Polk to anyone. It’s trash. The speaker is trash, and so is the app.
-- SammieJoe89, 2023-10-10

### *---- "Useless"
Deleted immediately after download. In line with the sound bar performance. Hoping app would help with connectivity issues. Much regret purchasing Polk.
-- sfl shopper, 2023-09-02

### *---- "This app is trash"
I don’t understand why they even made this app.
