## Polla Description
Polla helps teams practice real workplace conversations before they matter on the job. Step into AI-powered role-play scenarios tailored to your organisation—answer by voice or text, get clear feedback, and build confidence one scene at a time.

FOR TRAINEES
• Play through realistic scenarios on your iPhone
• Respond with text or optional voice input
• See star ratings and requirement feedback after each scene
• Retry scenes to improve your performance
• Track progress through your organisation’s training library

FOR ORGANISATIONS
Polla is built for invited teams. Your employer or training provider sets up an organisation, publishes scenarios, and invites you by email. Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple—the email must match your invitation.

TRY BEFORE YOU JOIN
Tap “Continue as guest” on the login screen to preview public training scenarios without joining an organisation.

BUILT FOR WORK
• Organisation playbooks keep scenarios aligned with your company’s tone and policies
• Admins can create and publish AI-assisted training scenarios
• Designed for professional learning—not consumer entertainment

PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS
• Microphone and speech recognition are used only when you choose voice answers; speech is processed on-device for transcription
• Account deletion is available in Profile → Settings
• Privacy policy:
• Support: support@pollapolla.com

Download Polla when your organisation invites you—or explore guest preview to see how role-play training works.
