The food here is always delicious and the app worked fine. When we got home though we noticed they didn’t give us a side of plantains and yuca fries that we ordered and paid for. That has more to do with the store than the app.

Each time I have a business trip to Southern Florida, I order for delivery to my hotel. But almost every time, the orders are incomplete; mainly missing the cilantro garlic sauce or the plantains that comes with the trio platters. So disappointing because the sauce is very good and I love plantains!  But when I call to remind them, I always get their national contact center and not the specific store I’ve ordered from. Anyhow, if they can put an effort in filling orders correctly, I’d give them 5 stars. Just please…try a little harder in putting all items ordered in the bag. 🙏🏼

I placed a family order with a bowl of soup online and received a meal that was not what I ordered and other items were missing. In the end I had to go back and claim my original order. I lost the money I paid for the delivery service and had to go to the trouble of returning to pollo tropical. With tropical chicken there are always problems with online orders.

When ordering through the app, there is no way to access customer service for missing or incorrect items. Both of which are a common occurrence. If you call the store, they tell you they can’t help you if you ordered through the app.

I have been to numerous Pollo Tropical restaurants and the location on Military Trail in Delray Beach is the absolute worst! I only go there because it’s close to my house, but I should learn not to. No one ever greets you or acknowledges you. They are rude when you ask about your order and never thank you at the end. If you order on the App it’s like you don’t exist and they NEVER make the order unless you ask about once you can get someone to respond to you. The orders are almost always incorrect or missing something and it just seems like everyone hates their jobs and don’t want to be there. Drive farther away and go to a better Pollo Tropical. You have been warned!

I ordered a 1/4 chicken with rice, beans, corn, and a bit of curry mustard. The delivery person brought everything except the chicken. I wanna know if any of them have ever eaten food from people’s orders. Also there were other times when I made this same order and the chicken that was put tasted old. 

There’s a thing on the app that says which desserts are unavailable so I think the same thing should be done if any other food is unavailable, especially the chicken which is in the restaurant name.

Not only that Pollo Tropical is the best chicken place in town but it is also a very easy to order through the App. Orders are always on time, absolutely fresh, best flavor in food, the App gives you access to the whole menu and to me this way to order makes my life easier…10/10!!!!!!!

I went to Pollo Tropical in Riverview and the food was so delicious! I decided to try it again the next day but a different location and I went there and the food was nasty! It had no flavor at all. It tasted like they poured black bean juice all over the rice and the cilantro sauce tasted like mayonnaise. I will definitely try it again but not the one on Providence Rd in Brandon.

I placed an online order at 2:43pm, I’m writing this review now at 3:30pm, because I still haven’t gotten my food. The system here is terrible and the employees have terrible customer services. Online orders are supposed to be quick. I shouldn’t have the same employee come up to me 4 times and ask me for my name.

I was hopeful that ordering from the app would get my order right, but it didn’t. I ordered a large tropa chop with steak all the way with lettuce. But, don’t get any black beans or lettuce. In really do miss the old days when they had the sauces inside as well. I miss the old salsa it was fresh. I didn’t see any pick up order parking, so I had to go through the drive through. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The meal was really amazing it just wasn't how I ordered it.  But, that’s just the way it is at this location.
