Faltan cosas en mi delivery

A pesar de que pedí el Family Meal Duo ,no llegaron ni los Sweet Plantains , no los 4 Rolls y tampoco ninguna salsa a pesar que las pedí . Así no vale la pena pedir en Pollo Tropical

the app works but they always forget something on my order. yesterday i received burnt plantains that were inedible and hard rice along with no avocado on my avocado cilantro tropichop.

No Support

You close all your stores in my area, expire my points, raise your prices, and leave me no recourse to provide feedback so I leave it here. I don’t know how you expect to keep this customer, but this is just terrible service. I have no interest in being contacted or responding to contact. I worked to be heard, but was not. I will not do any business with you further.
