Polycab should be ashamed to sell hardware without proper software support. Don’t trust this app for anything serious. -- cghst, 2025-07-07 ### *---- "Does not work" App does not work after few days. -- KartikCh, 2025-07-05 ### *---- "Worst App" Worst Solar App For Monitoring -- grabhi, 2025-06-29 ### *---- "Worst App" There is no provision for QR Scan in the app. After registering and login, it not shows data of pv system connected to grid and generation. It is only using blue tooth. Worst app I have seen my total life -- vidyalay, 2025-04-27 ### *---- "User registration" Today i have installed the polycab inverter for solar system. So, i have own wifi for personal internet uses at my home and want to use polycab pv mobile app for the solar generation of daily units. For that, i have connected my polycab inverter using bluetooth with my wifi and it fine. But while i am registering my new user, it gives me errro that user already registered. How is it possible as i am trying to register first time in the app. Have tried using my mobile and email id both, but none of them works for me. Also, tried 2 more mobile numbers and other email ids but still issues persist. Please fix the issue of register a new user in polycab pv solar monitoring app. Thanks!! -- HirenGohel, 2025-04-20 ### *---- "Worst app" The current app for monitoring system falls short in usability and performance. It does not meet the expectations of end users and significantly impacts the user experience. A complete redesign is strongly recommended, potentially involving a new development team to ensure a more effective and user-centric solution. -- Rahulvks, 2025-04-05 ### *---- "Worst app" Worst app and so many bugs -- Indian_venu, 2025-03-18 ### ****- "Excellent App" Super useful for your solar monitoring at anytime, anywhere with wifi compatibility on the device. Some features needs to be improve in the app like daily day chart data. -- Akash142, 2025-03-10 ### *---- "Need improvement" Need improvement many things are non understandable -- Dev4330, 2025-03-05 ### ****- "Bug Fix Req" The following bugs that need to be addressed: Chart Data Timing Issue: The chart data is currently showing based on the user's mobile time instead of the inverter's local time. This discrepancy is causing issues for users abroad, as we are not receiving the current time data. E-Today Value Display: The E-Today value must show units with decimal values. This feature is useful for us and needs to be implemented. Chart Icon Placement: Move the chart icon to the top of the page or to the middle of the animated picture area. -- Gopan.
