Polycom RealPresence Mobile is for business professionals who want to extend their enterprise video collaboration capabilities beyond the office and conference room to their mobile devices. RealPresence Mobile is an easy-to-use video app that provides premium quality audio, video and content sharing. Cloud-based deployment gives users access to enterprise directories at the swipe-of-a finger. Users simply highlight a name, connect, and then collaborate. Features and Benefits: • Share the industry’s highest-quality audio, video and content through standards-based protocols using the latest in compression technologies • Protect your network and maintain high-scale call volume through tight integration with RealPresence Access Director • Leverage an intuitive, consistent user interface across your mobile, desktop and room-based systems for increased productivity without complex user training You must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement, if any, when using Polycom RealPresence Mobile. Because some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionality over their networks, such as the use of VoIP telephony over a cellular network, and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP, POLYCOM recommends that you check the terms of your agreement with the operator prior to any use of the RealPresence Mobile. ## Polycom RealPresence Mobile Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/4e/65/1d/4e651d41-4634-a3d2-0205-7755cb330366/mzl.kgfwgzld.jpg/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/28/49/44/284944c6-b343-9cdb-946b-b59d374d7205/mzl.lofdqiiq.jpg/960x640.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/96/8f/a5/968fa5fd-11ad-a3ab-a9b1-9c64b1787bd7/mzl.zhlnqiye.jpg/960x640.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/ed/7b/0c/ed7b0c1a-4b08-4eb4-bfb0-d046861ba0ee/mzl.ekqtndoj.jpg/960x640.png) ## Polycom RealPresence Mobile Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 17 (9%) - 4 stars: 5 (3%) - 3 stars: 5 (3%) - 2 stars: 4 (2%) - 1 stars: 149 (83%) ## Polycom RealPresence Mobile Reviews in United States ### ***** "Poly’s Real Presence Mobil FTW" Poly‘s real presence mobile is an exceptionally reliable solution for connecting with Poly infrastructure systems Our team regularly relies on this product to enable access to Justice -- VCATeng, 2024-10-12 ### *---- "Visit" I’m scheduled a visit and your service was awful , I’m no able to spoken with my uncle. Service need a lot improvement. -- GriselleR, 2021-12-08 ### *---- "Why is this app still available?" No doubt a freemason run business that scratches the backs of other mason run assets; namely the pa doc. Note the six six six in the polycom icon. What a poorly run company with no customer service to boot. So the result is heart wrenching failed visits. My advice to those who are struggling with this app: you must use the ever increasingly evil google chrome browser with an up to date windows 10 or apple iPhone or iPod or iPad. Always use the link sent to your email. Be sure to set google chrome as your default browser before you click on the link. -- busted-one, 2021-12-06 ### *---- "Invasive and abused by law enforcement" Beware -- 2024Customer, 2021-11-03 ### *---- "HORRIBLE APP" I will be attempting to use this app for a scheduled visit this morning once again. I have tried 5 times previously with no success. I consistently get an error that say “far end has hung up” however I’ve been on the phone with him simultaneously and he’s not even near the screen to be able to hang up. This is absolutely ridiculous. Children are already dealing with a lot behind this situation and then to get their hopes up for a video visit and be crushed because it doesn’t work is devastating to everyone. -- Precious579, 2021-10-25 ### *---- "Dropped audio every time!" This is the 5th visit that has worked for about 5 mins and then the audio goes out. It does not work on my phone, or either of my two computers. My boyfriend can see and hear me, but I cannot hear him. This is increasingly frustrating and there is no way to directly contact polycom to address this issue. The new version w bug fixes does not address this and with so many complaints about the same issues it is a disgrace that nothing has been done by the company, developers or DOC. How is this helping keep people in touch w their loved ones? This growing frustration is NOT BEING ADDRESSED!!!! -- Ryanh312, 2021-10-16 ### *---- "They should have stuck with Zoom" I agree with the last reviewer. This application is terrible. I’ve contacted the IT staff at the PaDOC and they have exhausted whatever options they w had to troubleshoot and fix this the connection and voice issues experienced by the majority of people ‘attempting’ to use this application. I’ve been able to connect using my laptop however there’s no voice from my end (yes, I’ve checked all my settings and did a test call using Skype and zoom and voice works fine) but trying to connect via the mobile app has not been possible. Come on Polycom, DO SOMETHING! Maybe hire better developers or network folks? -- I try yio, 2021-09-23 ### *---- "Horrible service and connection." I was moved to submit a comment after two failed video visits within the last two weeks.. tomorrow I’m having another so hopefully it works since everyone else seems to be getting their visits.. I even called customer service and the woman on the phone stated that because I wasn’t the person lying them and with a contract that she couldn’t help me… lol seriously?? Thanks for nothing.. anyways the PA DOC will not do anything either so that leaves me with no options. -- polycomsucks, 2021-08-28 ### *---- "Bug fix" This app needs to be fixed. This is not fair. This is my third attempted visit that has not gone through. -- gemstone8079, 2021-08-10 ### *---- "You can’t see yourself" I hate the fact that you cannot see yourself while video chatting. Also, the videos aren’t that much clear so the person you’re chatting with usually is a blur no matter how good the connection is. -- Anabri124, 2021-08-09 [View all Polycom RealPresence Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Polycom RealPresence Mobile -
