I LOVE THIS GAME but every time my phone dies ALL my progress disappears and there’s no way to get it back. This has happened to me twice and this time I was level 11 and my phone died while I wasn’t even in the app and now the game has started me all over. PLEASE FIX THIS IM SO SAD. ALL MY FISH ARE DEAD!

the more you progress in the game, the more time you have to wait to do things. isint it supposed to be the other way around?

Had to start over

Love love loooove this game as an aquatic biologist but I went to feed my fish and the game restarted. It gave my most of my levels back, but otherwise all my progress is gone, including all my events :(

Fish keep freezing

Katm821 on

United States

The fish keep freezing logging out closing the app then re open and logging back in only works… sometimes this is getting annoying this has slowed down my progress in events cause of this to the point I’m on the verge of deleting the app it’s sad cause I have splash and love that one but this has bugs that don’t have work around and is getting annoyingly

My game broke

Been playing for about two months now, got to level 13 and had lots of different types of fish. Went to log in this morning and it restarted me back at level one. Lost all my progress…. Please fix I love this game 😭

Great game one problem.

I love the game everything about it is perfect. I’m obsessed with this game and I love to play it. It’s one of my favorite games ever only thing is sometimes some of my fish, but mostly frogs will freeze and will not move and I tried to restart the game and I’ve tried everything and they will just stay frozen. I don’t know what to do or why this happens must be some kind of bug but it makes it really hard because I love the game and want to play it but they get stuck. I don’t know why.

Tasks Are Nearly Impossible

ForTheLoveOfGawd on

United States

Some of the tasks are nearly impossible to complete, since the items needed to spawn the fish are practically nonexistent. An example is the Kindred Spirits task, which requires at least 3 Blue Gobies (Drag a blue goby into others to make a school of 3.) And it needs you to do this 3 times. It took me nearly 3 weeks just to get ONE of the epic clam shells required to spawn a single blue goby! There is no way a player can get 3 of these things! And you can’t skip this task or move forward without completing it. Multiple shoutouts to the Devs was a waste of breath and was met with the usual platitudes of “thanks for letting us know.” I’ve maxed out all my other fish and can’t do anything else. So, this game has become monotonous and boring rather quickly and early in the levels (Level 13). I was hoping this would be more exciting and fun, like Splash, which I have been playing since it was created, but it is not, unfortunately.

no option to cloud sync or sync across devices

JuicyJoose on

United States

it’s 2025, and the inability to sync to a different device means this app is getting a 1 until i see changes. it’s cute, but no cross functionality will just be a shot to the knee for the game, at least for people like me that play on multiple devices. hopefully they change things soon before i uninstall. customer service response time is abysmal as well. i’d have better luck getting a response from my pet rock

cute but SLOW

jmc72947 on

I have been really into freshwater fish for a while now and this game seemed to be exactly my vibe… until I got to a point where every fish takes nearly an hour to do anything! I end up only opening the app once or twice a day for like 5 total minutes because all you can do is feed the fish and then wait. No fun. Who is anxiously waiting on their phone every day to spend 10 seconds dragging food into a fish’s mouth and then closing the app and looking forward to doing it again?! If you want to retain your players you have to keep things engaging!

Welp. Good while it lasted.

Went into my game today after finishing half of it and the entire thing was gone. I have to start over and honestly I don’t want to.
