## PoochPlay Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Can’t even sign in the app"
Can’t even sign in to the app, it just hangs
-- CroftC, 2023-06-03

### *---- "Terrible app - unusable"
This crashed repeatedly for a week but was manageable. It then wouldn’t upload data, when it did it was inaccurate. It progressively got worse until the app wouldn’t open. I deleted it and re-downloaded it and now it won’t let me log in or set up a new account. Contacted customer services multiple times but no response. Without a working app the tracker system is useless.

### *---- "Buggy, constantly crashes, incorrect data"
Graphs don’t work
Active time doesn’t work
Sleep time inaccurate

App and tracker rarely connect without crashing.

Really unimpressed only had it a week 🤦🏼‍♀️
-- Bl4zng, 2022-03-21

### *---- "App crashes all the time"
Have to delete app and reinstall for the app to update the data. When you try to see the amount of activity the app crashes.
-- PDR18, 2020-09-14

### ***** "Easy to use"
Really easy and it saves my dog’s data when not connected to the net
-- zbee96, 2020-02-17

### ***** "Excellent product"
I find this app very relatable, easy to use and fool proof. Syncs with the device seamlessly.

### ***** "Does what it says on the box"
I have 2 dogs and I love it. It is so easy to sync. When I come home, all I have to do it open the app and it updates itself and shows what my boys were up to whilst I was away. Very easy to use. In fact, I don't even think I've the trackers in days. It feels like magic lol. The only issue I faced was that the app kept showing both trackers when I first tried to pair them with my phone and I wasn't sure how to go about it. The user guide explained it and then it was pretty straight forward from there. It's just an idea, but have you guys considered having a user guide within the app? Saves paper. Saves the planet.

### ***** "Great app! Fitbit for dogs!"
Recommended by a friend, works like a charm
-- jharanabk, 2019-09-02

### *---- "Terrible."
The app does not work, it’s not accurate at all. It counts dogs moving their head or shaking water off as steps! Complete farce of a company. Rubbish app and a rubbish company. Copied another app and got it wrong completely. Seems like a huge scam.
-- youknowwhotheking, 2019-05-31

### *---- "Want my money back"
Ordered the tracker on the 20th of March, nothing happened since then. Can't track my order, they don't answer emails ( I sent 2 ), no phone number on their website. I just want a refund.
