## Pool Office Manager Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great app"
Been doing pools for a decade, most apps suck, this one? It’s simple, clean, easy. Anyone with experience with other apps know how messy and frustrating they can be, I hope to see further improvements with this app!
-- Sam - Pool Mechanic, 2026-04-02

### *---- "Issues after issues."
This app gives me trouble submitting my reports. It will delete everything, get stuck in queue, crash, and log me out and won’t let me log back in. I have to delete the app, install the app again, and let it log me in.
-- sshdhdhf, 2026-03-30

### *---- "Crashes all the time"
Crashes all the time when writing long reports & uploading many pictures. Deletes readings & notes & will not save once it crashes. Old version never did that.
-- Lizardosantos9726, 2026-03-27

### ***-- "Photos"
Every time the app is updated they break landscape orientation for photos. Very annoying.
-- SoggyMcNutt, 2025-09-12

### *---- "Useless"
I can’t even open it on my phone, instantly freezes on the sign in page.
-- Hxajjehh 84833838, 2024-05-24

### **--- "The app is pretty slow and dated."
The desktop software was great however the app itself is super clunky and got a lot of complaints from my team in the field. It got frustrating because I would always hear about updates but never actually see them.
-- The Cool Pool Guy, 2024-04-08

### *---- "Constantly crashing"
Ever since their latest update, this app can’t go more than 30 seconds without crashing. Completely unusable at this point.
-- Mr. Anderzon, 2021-10-01

### *---- "Horribly designed"
This app is horrible. The UI is horrible. You can't even see your username or password when typing them in. My login button is currently bugged. No matter how many times I delete and reinstall the app the login button is "loading" and won't let me login. 3rd graders could design a better app.
