## Pool Stars Reviews in United States

### ***** "Pool stars is great"
Pool stars is a great game but within the last 3 months it won’t allow me to deposit cash. Keeps saying oops deposit failed. I have contacted support more then 10 times and no one has responded or reached out not even once.
-- Queenklo, 2025-08-20

### ***** "Pool stars"
Overall a great game but recently the app been acting up idk why I tried checking for updates but everything is up to date when I play the 1 vs 1 game for money it brings up the game but then the app closes by itself
-- be free xjcc, 2025-06-30

### ***** "Frustrated"
I think this game is eventually going to go under, the public will catch on and realize there is nobody on the other end,you are taking a big risk depositing money into this game because if you do happen to win you will most likely never see it and there is no way to get a hold of anyone, scam city.
-- Wedge 598, 2025-06-18

### ***** "What happens to the actual pool mode?"
before it was less rigged! Now it’s only trick shots I just have to believe a score that an Ai player got? I don’t even get to see the player make the shots
-- supdawg236, 2025-06-17

### *---- "Won’t let me play"
Deposited less than $10 but will not let me play any games.
-- im done with the B.S, 2025-06-12

### *---- "No Follow Up, Still Broken"
I first contacted support on May 11 and got a reply on May 16 saying they were looking into the issue and that other users were experiencing the same problem. Since then, nothing. I just emailed them again today because the issue still has not been resolved. The game loads, searches for opponents, then sends me back to the lobby. I have deleted, reinstalled, and updated the app. Still broken. I have not even been able to play long enough to enjoy the game. This entire experience has been frustrating. If multiple users are affected, why is there no update? How are they fixing it if they are not communicating anything? Are other people still dealing with this too? If it takes them five days to respond to an email what do I expect.
-- fagggggia, 2025-06-08

### *---- "Bad"
Freezes every time you try to load a game and load load games
-- Ghodvn, 2025-04-22

### *---- "Not worth it!"
My advise. Download the game and just get up to the level where you can do the 5 dollar entree fee bet and play that until you get a bit saved up and then cash out! After that the game is not worth it💯 your odds of winning are low since it’s not 1v1s. The add system of getting gems is also terrible. I cashed out 75 bucks when I first started but can’t even get close to getting chance of repeating that. Don’t even waste your time
-- Joshua Voorhees, 2025-04-01

### *---- "Smfh"
Another game smh play pool win cash, but yet you have to add your own money just loose it all to get cents or a dollar then you still have to use your money to join games smh.
-- Cc35555, 2025-03-26

### ****- "I love this game"
Very challenging and competitive
