I recently started using this pool water testing app to monitor the quality of my pool water, and I have been extremely impressed with its accuracy and ease of use. The app provides step-by-step instructions on how to test the water and interprets the results for me, making it much simpler than traditional testing kits.

How is this app allowed in the store? is anybody actually using this garbage?  Tried creating account several times throughout a day and the app was just stuck and unresponsive.  Tried different browsers and devices but behavior is the same.  It is frozen and does not load.  I finally got through a day later but then it stopped working again the following day. I tried resetting password and now the system says it can’t find the email address I used to register.  I give up, going to store to return the test strips and I will buy something else.  never again

App not spa friendly.  Can’t enter capacity below 1000 gal or Bromine as the type when creating profile.  This prevents from creating an accurate profile and without a profile you can’t creat an account. Without an account you can’t use most features such as testing.

I can’t believe I bought test strips that were 20$ but, so glad I fox because of the app guide that comes with it. For anyone frustrated with pool water off balance this is awesome! It’s chemistry and not basic so, this really helps having the app telling you exactly what to do based off your strip reading and marking the appropriate color on the app. Since it’s a process and time consuming it really saves you time by not having to take water samples every time to a pool supply store. Get these strips and download the App you won’t regret!

This used to be a great app for tracking and troubleshooting but it has stopped working some time ago and it doesn’t seem like anyone is paying attention to this app. Considering that chemicals they sell with Home Depot are more expensive than alternatives at the pool store or Amazon you would think Home Depot would maintain this app. I guess not. Currently both app and their website which is basically the same thing as the app are having issues with logging in. And their troubleshooter no longer works. It just stops at some step and it hangs and it never does anything. Please for the love of god fix this app or remove it from the App Store. Very disappointed long time user.

Was very handy at first for keeping a log of my test results. Now the app doesn’t work - either totally unresponsive or lets me try to log in then says “loading“ forever without moving forward. Pretty worthless at this point. I won’t buy this brand of test strips again because the app is worthless.
