## PoolFit Reviews in United States

### ***** "No chit chatting going on while doing these workouts!"
We use several of these workouts in our group Aqua Fitness classes without the video & on a good speaker. (Which means LISTENING & working vs chit chatting). The ones that we love;
Marks whole body pool noodle workout.
Stephanie’s ‘ 12 Moves’ & ‘12 more moves’.
Chris’s Duo Depth Dudes
Mark’s Aqua Alphabet 1 & 2 and his Aqua Olympics. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app!

### ***** "Aqua Workout"
I am new to this app, but not to working out in the pool. I enjoy water workouts because I get a great workout AND protect my joints. What’s wonderful about this app is the number of great workouts which are available and good teachers too.
The app is organized well and should meet just about anyone’s expectations.
Keep moving🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️

### ***** "Cardio and strength training"
As someone who prefers staying out of the gym, I found these exercises to be a fantastic way to stay fit. I love working out in my pool. What I Loved: Refreshing Environment: Exercising in the pool is incredibly refreshing and a nice change from the usual gym setting. The water keeps you cool and adds a unique resistance element to your workout. Ease of Following: The exercises were very easy to follow. Even if you're new to pool workouts, the instructions are clear, making it accessible for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Tempo and Music: The tempo of the exercises was perfect. It kept me motivated and engaged throughout the session. The music selection also added an energetic vibe, making the workout feel more like a fun activity rather than a chore. Comprehensive Workout: These exercises effectively combine cardio and strength training, ensuring a well-rounded workout. I've noticed improvements in both my cardiovascular health and muscle tone. While I thoroughly enjoyed the workout, I would love to see more high-intensity cardio options incorporated into the routine. This would add an extra challenge and help to elevate the heart rate even more, catering to those looking for a more intense workout.

### ***** "Head to toe workout"
I’ve worked out in the pool for 25+ years, have been an instructor for 13, and a PoolFit subscriber for 2+ years. I’ve taken instructor training with PoolFit developer Mark Grevelding whenever I can because he is the Gold Standard for water workouts. PoolFit more than meets my needs for challenging and fun workouts whenever I get in the water.

PoolFit has excellent instructors, interesting and challenging workouts. Never the “same old same old.” New workouts posted frequently.

There are workouts focused on core, upper and lower body, strength, muscle conditioning, stretching, whatever your body needs. Some use equipment such as noodles or hand buoys. Instructors demonstrate how to use these and give options if equipment isn’t available.

PoolFit is a great value and worth the nominal cost!
-- Jsharrod, 2025-09-25

### ***** "Arthritis relief"
A great help for getting better with mobility.
-- Dlshurley, 2025-09-24

### ***** "20 exercises"

-- Pammmie doll, 2025-09-22

### ***** "Super app"
Super app. I love it! So many options. I feel so great after these workouts.
-- Water is my happy place, 2025-09-16

### *---- "Is It The App?"
My new issue is I can’t access any workouts at all this morning. This is so totally frustrating and it usually doesn’t happen, but when it does, it drives me nuts.

My ongoing issue is my password. I set up fingerprint and it works for a while. The suddenly I’m reverted to using a PW and inevitably the one I have is never recognized. This has been going on since I first subscribed.
