This has to be the worst app of all time. Brand new pool with “automation”. Doesn’t stick to a schedule, nobody assists you, pool heater comes on randomly, not user friendly. There is nothing automatic about this automation. It’s a joke. Company should be ashamed to put out such a terrible app

You need to do some sort of voodoo dance to have any chance of it connecting.  Once it does, it’ll probably disconnect a few days later and you have to do it again. I really wish they would test this properly and make the app more reliable.

The app constantly says ‘your unit doesn’t appear to be online’ when I can clearly see through my WiFi app that it is clearly connected and online. This is a problem since I live 1100 miles away and need to be able to control the unit from afar. That’s the whole point of the app. Cant reset it from 4 states away either so it’s completely useless most of the time.

### ****- "Modern Updates Required"
This app performs good. However, the esthetics are subpar and cutting edge features such as Alexa, Google, HomeKit and IFTTT integration are not available. In regard to esthetics, it needs more background color, animation / sound to indicate what’s active and a more simplified UI. 

All that aside, it’s the most cost effective and complete pool remote control system in the industry. I can control my Pumps, Heater, Valves, Spa, lights and other features from a single app. Amazing!!!

It loses connection all the time. Not sure if the App or the unit is the problem. Since you have to be at the house to reset it all the time it is most times useless as I wouid like to adjust the temp before I get home.
