Hey, use this app everyday for work and it’s starting to get hard to use. Gets stuck on follow up jobs and I have to delete then redownload every job it’s sooo annoying but I understand it’s got bugs. Pleaaasseee fix this 🫶🏽

General functions are great. Water testing, pics, scheduling etc are brilliant. Needs alot of work and improvement. Some people are not interested in suggestions. Its a shame it could be the leader . Sms invoicing would be a start

On pc this app is fine and features work really well. However onsite it’s unusable constantly freezing while doing simple tasks like adding contacts or pools making your business look unprofessional whilst not being able to log the costumer information directly.

It’s a shame because when Pooltrackr works, it works great. However after every update there is a new flaw that holds up work for everyone, sometimes stopping work for the day until support can rectify. Like it would be expected if this was a beta but it’s not and business should be able to reply on this costly program. We were promised so much OVER a year ago in terms of continual improvement but still yet to be seen on the desktop, the apps recent ‘cosmetic’ changes dwarf the issues we faced. Would seriously think twice before depending on this program.

Apps ok, constant issues. Find I can’t rely on it, still use a physical diary as a backup. When it works it’s ok. Also for a pool service industry based app there is still no seasonal scheduling available even though it was promised at the start.
