Buy button wont work i cant get to the pay page , waste me so much time but i still dint manage to buy that item

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your app and after-sales service. I purchased a "laBubu" item via the POP MART app recently, but the whole experience has been frustrating. After payment, the system only notified me that the item "had been delivered" without providing an estimated delivery time or any supporting proof like a delivery photo . However, I have never received the item. When I tried to resolve this issue, I found there was no access to human customer service for real-time assistance. I provided my order number and tried to inquire about the logistics number, but got no feedback at all . I also sent an email to your official customer service address, but it has gone unanswered . This lack of transparent logistics information and ineffective after-sales support is unacceptable. I have never been so disappointed with POP MART before. Regrettably, I will no longer make any purchases from your platform in the future.

So good hi pop mart your app is so good but things are always out of stock can you make more labubus and zimomos and crybabys and skullpandas and mollys and plucky egg beanies and hironos and what not thank you so much

I live in KL, near the city center, but I cannot purchase using your app because it doesn’t allow shipping to my area. You can only purchase using this app if you live in selected areas in KL. Why aren’t people allowed to enter all of their address information. My zip code is 55000 KL. Please look into this problem.

Bought from Popmart app and the experience was not great. Delivery was slow, and two of the five keychains I ordered were defective. Their first response was to offer me just a MYR 6 voucher for future use on a MYR 36 item and let me keep the faulty product — which is unreasonable. I’m fine with returning defective items, but they should offer a one-to-one replacement right away instead of making customers argue for it. On top of that, I still had to follow up repeatedly just to get my replacements sent. Poor quality control and troublesome service.

The areas above need improvement, postcode should be able to type manually and not as options, as my home postcode is not listed in the option. Payment process is not quite smooth and I keep changing methods back and forth as sometimes show payment fail and need queue where I have no issues on my payment cards.

I was trying to pay with TNG then suddenly said access denied now even when I tried to go into the Popmart apps. What is this???

Was happily checkout the pre order and suddenly stuck tat the address column, can’t even find the correct address, postcode and even location. If can’t fix that you shouldn’t even have online ordering on the first place. I don’t think u guys will bear the consequences if the item is sent to other location instead of the customer address anyway from all the previous bad review

Try 100 times still cannot purchased any pop now product. 24 hours high order volume you gonna be kidding me?
