After payment, the system only notified me that the item "had been delivered" without providing an estimated delivery time or any supporting proof like a delivery photo . However, I have never received the item. When I tried to resolve this issue, I found there was no access to human customer service for real-time assistance. I provided my order number and tried to inquire about the logistics number, but got no feedback at all . I also sent an email to your official customer service address, but it has gone unanswered . This lack of transparent logistics information and ineffective after-sales support is unacceptable. I have never been so disappointed with POP MART before. Delivery was slow, and two of the five keychains I ordered were defective. I’m fine with returning defective items, but they should offer a one-to-one replacement right away instead of making customers argue for it.
