I pre-ordered Labubu V3 on August 3, with the promised shipping date of September 30. I ordered early in good faith, thinking pre-order customers would be prioritized. Instead, I discovered that new buyers can now purchase the same item and get it shipped immediately, while my pre-order is still on hold. When I contacted customer service, their only answer was “policy” and “different batch,” which makes no sense to customers. The product is the same, yet early supporters are left waiting. Pre-ordering should mean priority, not delay. This experience feels misleading and very unfair. It completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. I expected better transparency and customer care from a big brand like Pop Mart. I will think twice before pre-ordering from them again, and I advise others to be cautious, don’t assume a pre-order means you’ll receive your product first.
