I was register in poparide as a driver. Passengers paid money through the app after few hours my account blocked. I tried to connect with support but they are responding only through a automated mail. Not even explaining whats the reason for blocking. My money stuck on the app.

They permanently banned my account without any warning or explanation. I have used there app over hundreds of times following their terms and have many positive reviews to back this up. When I contact support they refused to communicate with me because “my account has been blocked”. They owe me payment for the rides I have done but won’t even let me communicate them.

Push notifications don’t always come through resulting in missed messages and poor communication app mediators are rather authoritarian and rely too much on AI bots to resolve issues.  Resulting in poor and inaccurate user ratings. Also no way to block messages from other users resulting in possible harrasment

### **--- "Great Concept, but Unsafe"
The app is a fantastic idea for intercity travel, but unfortunately it is intrinsically incredibly difficult to keep safe, and badly designed. Be aware of:
- links from Poparide in chats: this is not actually Poparide and may be a hacker or other criminal.
- routine trips to specific destinations: creates a window for stalking and harassment
- personal details: you optionally may be able to disclose your vehicle like Uber for pickup, however, there may be those looking for those details for other malicious intents.
- People who ask about any trip beyond what you’ve posted, or request trips without using the dedicated tool.

I have not had any harassment and any suspicious activity is reported, but there are large risks and I will discontinue use until I see that this is improved, which it absolutely could be, such as:
- a vehicle verification, like Uber
- not showing the vehicle until the rider arrives, like Uber
- finding ways to avoid repeatition or traceable activity, like automatically generating a different destination for drop-off in the city.
- User interface changes (it is way overcomplicated for this kind of service. Menus are in menus. Only a few memorable symbols. It could be worse, but that’s not really a good benchmark.
- Have quick and easy to remember rules readily accessible to avoid acting or responding to actions that create safety concerns (ie: restricting the chat to only conversation about the specific trip)

Considering this company was founded in 2014, only five years after Uber, my experience as a driver was terrible.

There was a time when this app was great, but after the updates, it has turned into a trash box. There are lots of bugs and glitches. It even suspends accounts of users who haven’t used the platform in a long time. The messaging limit and other useless features make it even worse. The help service doesn’t work at all. I wanted to add a ride, but the app shows there’s already a ride posted, which expired five days ago. However, I can neither delete it nor post a new one. Their help center is completely useless. If I could give them a -5, I feel that would still be a compliment for this app.

This is the problem and the fact you dont get to defend yourself for unjust suspension and no warning. Before I love this app
but now I hate it.

“Accounts get automatically suspended by our system when there are repeated breaches of our Terms of Service, like sharing phone numbers before accepting bookings. The suspension happens after several warnings. Please follow the instructions provided in our app”
