Poparide

I was register in poparide as a driver. Passengers paid money through the app after few hours my account blocked. I tried to connect with support but they are responding only through a automated mail. Not even explaining whats the reason for blocking. My money stuck on the app.

Have successfully used on multiple occasions for trips between Toronto and Montreal. Easy to use, albeit basic, app.

Hi users I’ m using this app since last 3 months but it is going bad day by day as they starting block your account, contact numbers and email without any reasons And when we ask them about this through their support email they response very rudely and same replies again and again Although you are verifying your email you license and account number still they put you on suspicious section

They permanently banned my account without any warning or explanation. I have used there app over hundreds of times following their terms and have many positive reviews to back this up. When I contact support they refused to communicate with me because “my account has been blocked”. They owe me payment for the rides I have done but won’t even let me communicate them.

There APP is so confusing! Blocking & Suspending account for nothing, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

No point at all , driver keep canceling me at the end for no reason,no notification ahead, it’s not a reliable app🙄

I am using poparide since a year and it was working fine. But the new update which allows only a limited number of messages per day is worst. I can’t book my ride coz of it as i can’t send msg on app!!

It used to be a wonderful application but now it becomes useless as they putting limits on messages and all Remove this limit otherwise someone gonna make a new car pool app without any limit

J’ai mis minimum 25$ et maximum 30$. Mais il y’a des passagers qui ne payent pas le prix inscrit dans mon annonce. C’est important de respecter le prix des chauffeurs. Merci beaucoup
