## Popkon Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unsubscribe"
It is so hard to unsubscribe. The third party payment website doesn’t send you a link to the portal , there is no unsubscribe from the app, and it doesn’t show on the App Store or wallet. And it sets you up for auto renewal and there is no way to change that! So frustrating. I see renewals but you have to get 1000 diamonds to access that and I don’t even know what that will do. So frustrating
-- Anger Reigns, 2026-10-08

### *---- "Unsubscribe"
Your app doesn’t allow a person to unsubscribe. I keep getting charged
-- 1234’, 2026-10-03

### *---- "Scammers!!!"
You try to cancel the subscription and suddenly you’ve used a “different” email for the the account and even though you send them all the information for the subscription, they respond the same way until they don’t respond at all. The short dramas aren’t worth you spending the money. Beware.
-- diz_liz, 2026-09-28

### *---- "Not to be trusted"
I email to cancel subscription but no reply and keep charging me and even twice charge me this is not safe app I contacted the bank to cancel. Please don't download this app
-- kimjoy53, 2026-09-28

### *---- "Cancellation does not exist"
No way to cancel and no one answers the email or in the app. I have to dispute with my bank. This app is a scam.
-- dramalove556, 2026-09-26

### *---- "Scam"
Purchased through App Store a weekly subscription my account still is not referencing 48 hours later the subscription the only way to communicate is via feedback form that still has not been replied to. Please be very careful with this app.
-- nick-name010101, 2026-09-21

### ***-- "Pricey"
Story content is good, but the price for a 30 sec chapter is really outrageous. Not worth buying.
-- tkbunny, 2026-09-14

### *---- "SHOULD RENAME THIS!"
I actually came to the App Store to download your app because somebody’s ripping you off on Facebook! And never showing the rest of the story or the actual link to get to this app! Now that because this is nothing but for sentences then ad! So I’m not gonna waste more of my time ! my time is too valuable to sit and watch 50,000 ads for not well done story!! Nor is it worth spending money on!
-- Boopsie55, 2026-09-13

### *---- "Don’t waste your time"
You have to pay after 3 or so episodes. I hate when that happens Pathetic
-- ADTR4LYFE, 2026-08-30

### *---- "Great first story"
I thought the first story was excellent. It drew me in and I enjoyed it. It was well done. I want to know how to end service. I do not want to continue after the first week of purchase. I submitted a question and no one has responded. Please provide specific instructions to end service. Respectfully.
-- SGAPCH08, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Scam"
No way to cancel. No help. Do not get this
-- pooh1271, 2026-08-11

### *---- "THIEFS !!"
This app is run by THIEVES !!! I cancelled my subscription and every week they charge $20 to $30. I suggest to everyone to forget about this app and implore Apple to block them on the AppStore
-- Wwawawawaw, 2026-08-10

### ***-- "Hard to cancel"
Cool drama platform, but to cancel ur subscription is terrible! There’s no app support, nobody to contact ! I’m having to call my bank to stop the subscription.
-- May money 2000, 2026-08-06

### ***** "Good"
I like the series
-- Nadya Irais, 2026-08-01

### *---- "Cannot see any dramas"
I can open any dramas. I couldn’t open the feedback that also does not load.
-- Marbrko, 2026-07-30

### *---- "Worst app can’t even cancel subscription"
There is no easy way to cancel subscriptions and I’m keep been charged. Need to cancel subscription stop charging my account.
-- F**** this s***, 2026-07-28

### **--- "No option to cancel!!"
I cannot find any way to cancel the subscription!! Absolutely a scam to make you have to keep paying. BEWARE!!
-- sunshinedazie77, 2026-07-24

### *---- "Still trying to cancel"
The email provided on app support keeps saying it’s invalid. No option to cancel on the app. How do i get in contact with these people??
-- GracieBear36, 2026-07-23

### **--- "Very expensive"
The novel it’s interesting but the prices are too high.
-- mara2327, 2026-07-14

### *---- "BEWARE - no option to cancel a subscription"
I bought a one week subscription and immediately noticed that there was no option to cancel future recurring subscriptions. Not only is this illegal in my state, but they also have not been responsive to any of the emails I’ve been requesting from them from the contact information they provided. Please keep this in mind before buying anything from them. I’ve noticed more and more of these scams popping up where they try to squeeze as much money from you by making cancellations difficult, and I will be talking with my bank about this issue
