The customer rated me terribly and for no good reason. There was no proof submitted and neither justified. So it seems like they waived her charges of $45, so I ended up only getting paid $30 for 80lbs of laundry that I picked up and dropped off 45 min away and completed in 24 hours!.Only reason I accepted bc of the full payment would be somewhat worth it. I have reached out to chat and all they have done is leave me on read bc they’re looking into it. Don’t recommend. -- ChrssyPoo2, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Poverty Wages" This is a gig app where the Laundry Pro is to purchase all required items to complete orders, detergent, bags, ribbons, labels, and more. They pay less per mile than the cost per mile in gas and wear and tear on your personal vehicle. All for 0.75 per pound of laundry… Not to mention hours of work on top of all of that. They need to respect their pros more and pay them fairly. -- kookiekoola, 2024-12-11 ### **--- "APP STOPPED SENDING" Four months later after emailing and trying to get someone to resolve my issue and I still haven’t received one alert to my app for me to work and earn!!! I have earned $11,767 and my customers are still sending me tips but POPLIN HASNT ADDRESSED MY INABILITY TO RECEIVE ALERTS CAUSING ME HARDSHIP -- UNRESOLVED APP ISSUES, 2024-12-07 ### *---- "Bad Business" I was a laundry pro with a 5 star review and not one problem or mistake but was let go because I was assaulted by a client and woke up in the hospital. poplin then fired me because I while I was in the hospital, I had another clients laundry that did not get returned until I was released. Then instead of empathizing, they fired me. These people are not good people and you should not do business with them. They are racists, and the most unprofessional co I have ever worked with. Also, they are severely under paying their laundry pros. I am going to create my own app and donate a portion to an assaulted victims fund for what I endured while working for these heartless people. -- Ex-Laundry Pro, 2024-12-06 ### *---- "Doesn’t work with update" Use to work before this version. Now it opens to a blank screen and stops. -- Wah24, 2024-12-01 ### *---- "Can’t access with the new update!" I been trying to create an order and it’s not letting me with the new update! -- Cyndy00, 2024-12-01 ### *---- "Wouldn’t let me set up an account" I got to the step in the set up process where you have to verify your phone number. Every time I put in the verification number the app told me there was an error. “Error: Undefined” I wasn’t able to sign up. Tried deleting the app and redownloading but that only prevented me from even logging in. It said “That account doesn’t exist, please create one” but when I put the same info in it said “That account already exists, please log in”. I would love to give this a try but unfortunately it seems there is an error with the app/set up process. -- JRDilli, 2024-11-25 ### *---- "Seriously glitchy app- and not worth the effort." $15/hour??? Are you serious? I’ll net $16 total for the 4 loads I needed to do that took hours. At best, it might work out to $4/hr max. No reimbursement for supplies (and they expect over the top “presentation” with ribbons and cards for customers). No reimbursement for gas or mileage. Very little work for a city area- this is really quite a scam for us. Perhaps if you live in very big city this MIGHT be worth it- but for most people, seriously not worth it at all. -- ljsdf8uy498hr, 2024-11-12 ### ***** "Ronald S" I’m a laundry pro and I love it -- 1099world, 2024-11-12 [View all Poplin for Laundry Pros reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Poplin for Laundry Pros Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | New Zealand | Business | #142 | ## Poplin for Laundry Pros Discovered Keywords - work from home - doings - work from home jobs - work from home apps - workfromhome - data entry jobs - worker - jobs from home - at home jobs - laundry care ## Poplin for Laundry Pros Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/poplin-for-laundry-pros-DHIb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/poplin-for-laundry-pros-DHIb/canada) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/poplin-for-laundry-pros-DHIb/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/poplin-for-laundry-pros-DHIb/new-zealand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
