When you are in the app it will not give or track your pet’s weight like it says it will. The box is great but I almost say it is not worth the hassle of this terrible app. This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. Absolutely expected more from a company who charges so much for their litter box. -- Scruapp, 2025-08-20 ### ***** "So far so good - super easy" I think most of the bad reviews are from earlier versions of the app. Truth be told in a house full of smart things, this may have been the easiest set up I've experienced. I'll update this if things start going wrong. -- DTL765, 2025-07-11 ### *---- "Can’t connect to wifi" I tried multiple ways to connect the litter box to our wifi and could never get it to connect. I’m not going to backup my phone, erase its data, and restore it as another reviewer did all to get one app (which sounds like it’s not very good anyway) to connect to my wifi. That’s ridiculous. Otherwise my cats enjoy the litter box itself. -- solar-yllw, 2025-07-11 ### *---- "Just a garbage app" I have to of their devices and tried zillion times to connect both and manage them. Always give error and fail to connect. Just garbage application. -- Hoodall, 2025-06-30 ### *---- "Impossible" When y’all figure out how to actually connect to the litter box, let me know. -- gjmcguire, 2025-05-17 ### ****- "App needs reset constantly" Update:still loving this box and after a year the app has gotten so much better. It stays connected almost always and resets daily. I had to replace a few parts, which they sent quickly and without issue….Their customer service is pretty decent. Had the box for 3 months. I love the freedom of no scooping, but like everyone else has stated the app needs reset at least once a week and often says there’s no Wi-Fi….when all the other internet contraptions in the house are connected and working fine. Other than the app, this is a nice quiet and odor free set up. There are no other issues so far. My cat adapted to it immediately. -- Tizzelou, 2025-04-16 ### *---- "Terrible app, product and customer service" We bought the Popur litter box about 8 months ago and honestly everything about is crappier than what it’s supposed to be collecting. The app is clunky, and very spotty, the notifications don’t work and the WiFi connection is extremely faulty. Every interaction with customer service has taken away a little hope for humanity over all. We bought the unit itself on Amazon with a warranty. Popur stopped selling on Amazon and are now refusing to honor my warranty (while actually asking me to pay MORE to get a working unit). It all feels like I got scammed and am now stuck with this giant piece of junk. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid this company all together. -- My2Ears, 2025-04-14 ### *---- "Logout" Keeps logging me out -- Eixoheicaio, 2025-03-21 ### *---- "The worst app to have ever existed" Getting the litter box to connect to the app feels impossible sometimes. It just does what it wants. Terribly written app for an overpriced litter box. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a good user experience for an automatic litter box. -- Rafeyyy7, 2025-03-15 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Can’t actually even log into the app it just says the current network is unavailable. My cats won’t use the little box anyway so guess it doesn’t really mater. But now the box just keeps beeping every few minutes non stop and no idea why. -- Codizzle009, 2025-03-11 [View all Popur reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Popur - [Mila Air](https://apptail.io/app/mila-air-iNv/united-states) - [Whisker](https://apptail.io/app/whisker-vUH/united-states) - [AIR PET](https://apptail.io/app/air-pet-SWJb/united-states) - [PetSnowy](https://apptail.io/app/petsnowy-oXJb/united-states) - [Petory](https://apptail.io/app/petory-FFGd/united-states) - [CatGenie](https://apptail.io/app/catgenie-FGig/united-states) - [Furbulous](https://apptail.io/app/furbulous-YKph/united-states) - [WOpet Life](https://apptail.io/app/wopet-life-HTPk/united-states) - [Petlibro](https://apptail.io/app/petlibro-DfMl/united-states) - [MagicScoop](https://apptail.io/app/magicscoop-UPYn/united-states) ## Popur Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/china) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/australia) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/france) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/switzerland) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/czechia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/dominican-republic) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/finland) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/united-kingdom) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/hungary) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/ireland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/italy) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/lebanon) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/peru) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/poland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/chile) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/popur-LPig/belgium) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
